You will fall into their (bait and switch) trap to fixed income seniors where they mistreat the poor and then when they can no longer afford or mistreated to move their trailer, they take over the trailer and sell to another sucker. They have towing trucks roaming their communities to tow your vehicles if they feel you might be in violation.
