Their refund policy is not good, pay pal will only refund with in its policy said amount of time.
The company does not forfill its contracts, the firm use cheap mail service that is not tract able, with our k-1 visa application our paper work was lost which delayed my fiancee 6 months, The company lost and did not keep copies of all the paper work. After thier delivery service lost all paper work siam use the same company again to deliver the paper work, the company did not follow up on first set of paper send, we found out our self that all was lost, the translation at the ministry of foreign affairs was all wrong we had to paid the ministry to translate,
Due to the delays of our visa our wedding had to be delayed in the states and our thai family was not able to attend because of lost paper work over 6 months delayed, the firm to this date has not refunded the tourest visa fund paid, with was paid over 2 years ago, the firm presented all worng methods of refunds, and always persented differnts deals for not refunding funds,
I hired this firm to do a K1 Visa. That was in Oct 2016. The company told me they sent my papers to the US Goverment in Nov 2016. I email and called a few times because I did not hear anything from my goverment. I was told by the staff member Martin many times that give it another 10 to 15 business days. He said he contacted my goverment office.This went on for a few months.
Then the last week of April 2017 I get all the paperwork that Siam Legal sent to my governemt. The US government sent me everything including the packing the shipment came in. It was dated April 19 2017. For over five months Siam Legal lied to me. They did not send it until April 19th. The govenment rejected it since some of the papers Siam Legal submitted were expired forms.
I contacted Siam Legal and told them I wanted my 1,900 US dollars back. I talked with Martin and his boss Piyawadee. Piyawadee told me my money would be refunded. One week later they tell me their staff said no. I have been dealing with this since last April. Still no money back.
I met Piyawadee and John Cabisong in July 2017 at their Bangkok office. John told me for me to get my money I must give them the expired forms. I talked to my new lawyer which I hired in May of 2017 to do the K1 visa with me and I had those forms two days later which I gave to John.
One week later John says needs the whole packet back for me to get my money. They lied to me for five months, pushed back the time frame my fiance will arrive here in the US. Cost me more money to hire another law firm, spoiled my summer wedding plans and costing me more money to send to my girl every month. Does Siam Leagal think after five month delay they cost me that I would start from scratch and not use some of the papers that were in the packet.
I have asked many times to talk to a partner in the firm and so far nothing. I can't even contact a partner on their website. I have tried many ways to get a hold of a partner and so for nothing. I no longer want to deal with staff.
As of today, August 22 2017 I have not gotten my money back and John Cabisong said the case is closed unless I return all of the papers they prepared.
Do not use this company. Liars, Theifs, and very very iincompetent
