I cancelled my subscription before the trial and they have been charging me for a year. I contacted them and they say I never cancelled. I would never continually pay for a service that I thought was inadequate and mediocre in their selection of movies.
Since cancelling my subscription to their service in October of 2015 they've contiued to charge me. I contacted their customer service department where I was told that my subscription would be cancelled, but the would not be refunding me any money for the time that I thought my subscription was cancelled but wasn't. A month later they charged me again, I once again contacted customer service where I was told the exact same thing again.

I joined shudder.com. They then proceded to with draw the monthly payment from my bank.
I had given permission for a auto monthly payment withdraw. as soon as i went to login to shudder after they got the money
the login said my password was nolonger valid. after resetting password still said i didn't belong
all email i have sent to them has been returned by daemon as undeliverable.
this is just to file a complaint so others don't get burned by shudder.com
