Placed order on 11/27. Cancelled on 11/29. Didn't receive any kind of cancellation number or confirmation. Finally reached out via Instagram bc I got no response to voicemails or emails. Someone contacted me on 12/5 and advised the refund would be processed and appear within 10-15 business days. Here we are, almost a month later and I still cannot reach anyone and have not recieved my refund.
