These people are horrrible. First I signed up with them and no problem. I get my address that is supposed to recieve the pacages and order a few things there. They mysteriously never arrived after several weeks of waiting.
After all that they unexpectedly ban your account or something and you cant enter your own account. I attempt to sign in to my account and it redirects me to an error page. But when I create another account it lets me sign in again. I attempted the same on several different devices with the results.
Then you contact them and absolutely no word or any answers. Very horrible "service". I wish no one would ever get scammed by these people.
I would like to contact someone for connecting me to Shopfans' legal department, once apparently I am not getting success through service channel.
I have made several requests about my merchandises, once it seems to be lost.
Shopfans gave me tracking numbers they get from their ship partners (USPS and Asendia) so this way I could follow my parcels. But there is an obvious divergence on these tracking numbers while both companies screen different status for the same package.
