I made one little error when ordering Amazon items and the items were delivered to Shop2Ship instead of 3 minutes away where I will be staying at a resort. No matter what I do to arrange collection, they want to charge me stupid amounts of money.

After much conversation through their chat screen, in no way were they helping me. I even offered to collect the items myself when I arrive in Miami, but, oh no, they want to charge me fees for that too!

This is not customer service, it's plain robbery!

This company claims to be a shipping company, but is really a front for internet scammers. They responded to my friends craigslist ad to buy a ring, sent him a fake paypal email indicating payment was made and provided the shop2ship address for him to send it to:

Kim Oprah

2229 NW 79th Ave

STE 14046113

Miami, FL 33122

After emailing them, they stated they had the ring and would send it back but they never did and would not respond further. The conman used the email [email protected]. He responded saying the he received the ring and pawned it for $1k.

DO NOT FALL FOR THESE CONMEN... THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !!

TL;DR - Don't believe the rubbish they (S2S) are posting all over social media, they are WORSE than their competitors. Spend your money elsewhere or don't expect to ever see your goods.

I tried this company (against a competing one) to see if it is as good as they (Shop2Ship) raved about on their blog and several social media sites.

My 'consolidated package' sat in one place (Cincinnati Hub) for 6 days and did not 'move' till I sent an email to S2S asking what's going on. This package is now being 'Return(ed) to shipper", but still no explanation from S2S.

The other package with the competing company is now sitting on my desk, unharmed and in pristine condition.

I am now starting proceedings against S2S for 'scamming' money and losing (stealing, maybe) my goods. And being a Multiple Sclerosis (MS) sufferer, I am also asking for remuneration for the aggravation and distress they caused.

Not a way to run a business, leaving your customers in the dark about their goods and then not replying to any correspondence that you sent them (phoning is cost prohibitive as I live overseas and only have access to cellphone coverage).

Ebay and PayPal SCAM!

Much like all the comments above me I too was contacted by this scammer.

I had a pair of Gold, Yellow diamond earrings worth $8,000 and was selling them for around $2,400. I received a message through eBay from someone named jennco-123, asking me "How old is the earrings?" I responded.

The next message I received from them said "I'll be offering you $2,700 AUD including the postage fee via AUSPOST EXPRESS (EMS) delivery to Miami, Florida Flordia. You send me a PayPal money request to my mail address below OR send me a direct email with your PayPal email address for instant online payment. [email protected]

The next message I received from them is "I've sent out your payment of $2,715.00 AUD and a debit confirmation was sent to me that the money has been deducted from both my bank and PayPal account. You may need to check your email to see if they have sent you confirmation as well. I'll be waiting to read back from you as soon as possible.

I'm sending the item to my daughter who is a professional photographer in Miami, Florida... I would have loved to handle the postage myself but am in the hospital right battling COVID 19 her birthday is next week. All you need to do for me is to add a small NOTE in the Box wishing her (HAPPY BIRTHDAY from MOM) have pity for this and ship the parcel via AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS delivery.

I will be waiting for your reply. It's nice doing business with you.

Peace//

Judith

I also received the above as an email, copied and pasted but the email was from Judith Kyle. Then received this from PayPal, or so I am supposed to believe, this is actually a fake PayPal email, and even says it was sent from Judith which had me feeling suspicious, see below for the email.

You received a payment of $2,715.00 AUD from Judith Kyle

Thanks for using PayPal. You can now ship your item. It may take a few moments for this transaction to appear in the Recent Activity list in your Account Overview.

This item is eligible for Seller Protection.

To remain eligible, ship the item to the address confirmed below. We recommend using a shipping method you can track.

Reversals:

Send tracking number to us by clicking our site: www.paypal.com/au/help our customer care will attend to you. Send the shipping tracking number to us for security purposes and the safety of the buyer and the seller, We will credit your account without any further delay.

Now to me... why would PayPal ever tell someone it was okay to ship the item when both Ebay and PayPal have the rule of thumb of Payment Before Postage... that has always been my rule also, so I didn't really bother to read the rest of the email after that to be honest.

I then Informed them that Shipment would be made once payment had gone through and if they could provide me with the address to ship it to.

This is their response:

Here is the postage information below:,

Name - Melissa Fyfe

Email - [email protected]

Receiver's Tel - 209-713-3428

ADDRESS - 2229 NW 79th Ave,Suite # 61664496,Miami,Florida 33122,USA

This is all you need to mail out the parcel. Keep me posted with the shipping details as soon as you're done with the postage.

Many Thank

Judith

My response as follows... although I did feel like their story was suspicious I wasn't going to rule it out due to the circumstances of the world right now.

Of course I can do that, it is no trouble at all.

I shall keep you updated on when the item is shipped and possible arrival time, should only be a few days with express, I hope COVID-19 won't get in the way of travel speed so your daughter gets her gift on time for her special day!

I hope you feel better soon.

They responded, "Thank you so much for your concern, keep me posted with the tracking/shipping information as soon as you're done with the postage.

Ship the parcel via Australia Post International Express (EMS) delivery and keep me posted on your progress.

Many thanks.

Judith"

And finally what I woke up to this morning, Hello, Good morning and how are you doing today? keep me posted with the tracking/shipping information as soon as you're done with the postage and make sure you ship the parcel via AUSTRALIA POST EXPRESS (EMS) delivery mail to Miami and keep me posted on your progress.

Keep me posted on your progress today.

Regard.

I went to check my PayPal account and it still said Request Sent - Pending... I thought.. this doesn't seem right... and they seem really pushy, so I googled PayPal as I don't know much about it, and found that when it says Request Sent - Pending, that actually means that the buyer hasn't even opened or paid the amount requested, even though they claimed that they had, I thought, why would PayPal have a reminder option for something that is supposed to be already paid for? So, I pressed send a reminder, then it comes up with a note saying, We've sent a reminder. We'll email you as soon as you're paid. That to me solidified that this was a SCAM! because there was the fake PayPal email that now doesn't make sense at all if it was genuinely from PayPal!!!

so I email them back, Good Morning,

Of course I will update you with all postage information once I post the item, including tracking information.

As discussed previously I will ship the item once payment has gone through with paypal, currently it says it is still pending and hasn't been accepted or paid yet. Are you able to have a look at that for me please?

Thank you,

I have yet to receive a response... I shall be reporting all of this to the Florida Police department, and I suggest you all do the same!

I was lucky enough to be suspicious of scammers and to have the mindset of Payment before Shipment, I didn't get scammed out of my item, but it just goes to show that they will do anything and pressure you and guilt you into giving in t their demands.

They recovered my stolen phone

I was scammed out of my iphone, they had me send it this facility, I contacted shop2ship and they were very helpful and immediately sent my phone back to me.

  • Apr 27, 2020

How long

How long did it take cause I did the same thing and they said they were sending it back

  • Jun 25, 2020

NOT TRUE

This is not true. They stole my phone, gave some ridiculous email response that they found and would return my phone and they never did. Everyone beware of SHOP2SHIP.

Shipping service for scammers

If a buyer gives you this address it's a HUGE RED FLAG. This facility caters to scammers and thieves.

Australian EBay and PayPal Fraud

Just Scammed by people called Fyfe one, a photographer, supposedly living at Shop2Ship Address. No money came through even with a fake PayPal notice saying it did which is why we sent it off. Good luck all but I don't think the authorities seem to be able to do anything.

  • May 15, 2020

Fyfe Strikes Again!

The same thing happened to me too mate.

I was selling a $3000 Surface Book 2 on eBay and I was contacted by "Judith King". She offered to pay more than what I was selling and I stupidly agreed. The next day I got an email saying that I needed to upload tracking information in order to receive the payment she owes me. I did so, stupidly, and the next day I got an email saying that she somehow overcharged me and I need to transfer money into this random Paypal account.

Total bloody scam!!

I contact Australia Post to try to interest the package. Too late, it's already on the plane heading to the States. Last option was contacting the USPS and hoping they'll be able to return it.

But I very much doubt it will happen.

I can't believed I bought into her sob story of her battling COVID-19, and that the surface book is for her daughter's birthday.

Shop2Ship needs to be shut down.
