When you apply for a Shell Gas Credit Card/Mastercard from Citibank, You apply for the Mastercard, they do a hard credit check, then they do not give you the Mastercard, they instead give you the Shell

Gas Card used only at Shell Stations, and then they ruin your credit by refusing to report that they accepted you for credit. They also refuse to send you the required letter which states why they refused

the mastercard which is a violation of the fair credit reporting agency. To date now over 3 weeks they have not updated my Experian credit report and it made me go down to fair credit from good credit. This does not help you improve your credit score.

The mechanic shop at Shell 455 NFrederick Ave has a known history of defrauding customers, damaging vehicles, charging for services/repairs that are not needed, and evading complaints. I took my vehicle in for an oil change. The mechanic opened my door into a metal part hanging from a shelf, damaging my door in front of me.

I asked to speak to the owner, who never responded. I then tried contacting the owner (who I had myself spoken to on FB to book the appointment in the first place, on their personal account) and the owner ignored me.

I tried reaching out via email, phone, snail mail, a legal letter, and a sheriff to serve a lawsuit to recover the damages. And, the oil change was never even done as the lifts in this shop are too old and decrepit to handle newer factory height vehicles. Feel free to see all the bad reviews for this place on Google. Avoid at all costs.

Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Dear Shell Headquarters Executive: Good Morning or Good Afternoon to You! How is your day today in sunny The Hague, The Netherlands and/or Calgary, Alberta Canada and/or wherever else You are in the World?

My day was going fine, thank you, except due to the Fact that back on Thursday, November 28, 2019 at approximately 9:30 P.M., I walked into your Shell location at: 4926 Bathurst Street, North York, Ontario Canada M2R 1X5 (416) 398-8467 and Received Very Disgustingly Low Class, Rude Service coming from Kevin, Your Employee!

I came in there just to buy a chocolate bar cause I was hungry and when I brought the chocolate bar to the counter to pay for it, your Uneducated Employee Asks ME Where I Got It From as if he does Not Know Where You Keep Your Chocolate Bars On The Shelves.

He then enters a price into the system and I asked him Why Did He Change The Price Twice During The Transaction and he Verbally and Aggressively Snaps Back At ME and Calls Me Rude For Asking The Question.

Please Note: I Honestly Do Not Even Believe That He Charged ME The Right Amount/Price For The Chocolate Bar, Regardless, However, That Is Not My Personal Problem Since I Do Not Work There And Kevin, Your Store Employee Should Know Much Better! Obviously!

Furthermore, Once He Figured Out The Price For The Chocolate Bar (Even Though I Believe That It Was Wrong), I then tapped my credit card and assumed it went through but he did something to aggravate ME and cause ME to have to tap it again and so I did and then I took my chocolate bar and told him that I Will Report Him And Write Up His Filthy And Disrespectful Behavior On To Social Media because I do Not Take Abuse From Anybody!

Moving Right Along: As soon as I paid for the chocolate bar this person (Kevin, Your Employee) made ME so angry, upset and nervous that I Never Even Asked For My Receipt and Just Left The Store! My Thoughts: I Just Hope That I Was Not Charged Double For The Same Chocolate Bar!

I thought I was the Customer, but I sure did Not Feel Like One This Evening And Definitely Will Not Be Going Back To That Store Location Anymore! If You would like to contact ME back directly in order to discuss my letter of Very Serious Complaint in further detail, then please leave ME a voice message at: (416) 633-9135. You may also TEXT ME at: (323) 305-4544.

You may also Email ME back at: [email protected] or [email protected]. You may also write back to ME at: Mr. Howard Paul Shore, Toronto, Ontario Canada I am more than looking forward to hearing back from You with a Positive Response some time in the very near future. Thank you.

Sincerely yours,

Howard Paul Shore Angry And Upset Shell Headquarters Customer /HPS

I pulled up to the pump at Shell station and the sign read 2.73 for a gall on of gas. I went to the pump to get gas and the pump said 3.07 for a gallon. I asked the attendant in the store about it and he said that it was for cash or shell card only. It's very deceiving and most people wont' even notice the price when they pump it for 3.07. I told him it's not right and left, but needed a buyer beware. Even if the gas was for cash or shell card only, it needs to say and not up the price so much (34 cents a gallon) if credit is used. I went down the street for a usual price of 2.69 with no gimmicks. No station should be that different in the same area. 2.69 versus 3.07

I charged $19.99 on my American Express. The pump did not print a receipt and I did not go inside and get one. My Bad! It is shown on my American Express account as $85.00 at a shell station at 12700 northborough , Houston, tx. Not the Shell at 116 U.S. 175 in Athens Tx where I made my purchase.

I've been a customer of Pollys for many years , and I like the people a lot. I have always received excellent service. Recently part of a car door handle broke and I debated it's repair at a cost of $200.00, but I decided to go ahead. The finished job wasn't finished, one piece was missing. I took it back with the understanding that there would be no extra charge making things right by the quoted amount. No. Now there was another $110.00 plus tax. I wouldn't have agreed to the work for 300 plus dollars, but of course, it wasn't really about the money. The owner, Kenny, became angry and impossible to talk with, and I was told never to come back. Unfortunate, because I really like them all. Just don't ever got cross ways with Kenny.

My car was damaged at the shell carwash after being a long time customer they upgraded the carwash and made the brushes very powerful which is why it bent and snapped my mirror owner nick younan was completely rude beligerant and argumentative when i politely spoke to him about this. i paid to fix my own mirror and only asked for a $6.00 refund for the carwash based on principle but nick younan argued and implied that i was lying and was completely irrationalanyone who treats loyal customers like garbage isn't worth doing buisness with imho.

This gas station is overcharging consumers/tourist for gas prices of $4.99-$6.99 per gallons. I pumped the gas and did not realized until I noticed that 7 gallons cost me at $50.02. The average prices for Florida is currently at $1.99-$2.89. I did not see any inspection sticker at the pump, so I am also submitting this complain to Dept of Agriculture/Consumer Services, BBB Orlando FL and Dept of Tourism. I am also in the process of contacting the Orlando local newspapers and TV news so that this abuse of overpriced Shell gas will be disseminated to all consumers as well as tourists.

I filled my auto gas tank 3/4 of the way and the price was $85! $85 The price of the gas was not posted, nor was it legible at the pump. After I saw the price, I demanded the owner's name and contact info.

The clerks pleaded ignorance until I got the manager's name (Cynthia @ 469-544-4008). I called her and demanded the owner's name (Trevor @ and contact info. I called the owner numerous times to complain and have my gas cost credited to a reasonable, competitive price. I left numerous voicemails and the owner never returned my calls.

I am not totally certain that the owner's name is even correct that the manager gave me. I'm also not certain the number I was given is correct. Thus, if you are able to contact the owner, they may plead ignorance, but the unscrupulous business practice of this gas station should be punished, fined and possibly prosecuted.

This leter is being written to report the Shell Gas Station gasoline purchase overcharge. When we started filling the tank the gas guage read half full. As our tank only holds 15 gallons. There is a huge discrepancy in the overcharge. as the pump showed that we filled the tank with 11 gallons of gasoline, when it shouldn't have taken over 8 gallons to fill the tank. 11 gallons means there's something terribly wrong. We have reported this to the ME weights and Measures Division.

On 5-23-16 I had my 1996 Jeep Cherokee repaired by Mr. Polly. His company towed my car approximately 6 blocks from my home to his shop. It turns out the starter was the problem. My starter is as easy to get to as reaching up and unscrewing it. It is held in by 2-3 screws or bolts, it could not be any easier, it's almost as easy as changing a windshield wiper blade. I was charged $127.50 for labor to take those screws out and change that starter, a 15 minute job, or 30 minutes with donuts and coffee break, but yet Mr. Polly charged me for 1 1/2 hours of labor.

Now on to the starter itself, a re-manufactured Denso starter, part #280-4114. Once they have your car, and it was towed to their shop, they have you. What was I to do, have it towed somewhere else? Mr. Polly charged me $204.85 for the starter itself. When I knew something was very wrong, I called at least 8 other parts stores and got prices on the starter ranging from $59.99 to $64.99, giving them the exact name and part number, Denso, part #280-4114, and that was a standard retail price. I wrote Mr. Polly a letter challenging his total charge to me $412.26 to put on a starter, including tax. His first response, he does not deal with Auto Zone at all, and most of the others I mentioned, said he might buy a few products from OReilly's but nothing electrical. Where does he get his Denso starter, he would not say, other than "a special wholesaler", what wholesaler, no information on that, he said "they" won't sell to you, the general public, hey, what a great answer to prevent further investigation of the cost of said starter. I will find out who his supplier is, I can assure you. He then said he paid $160.00 for the starter he charged me $204.85 for. Let me be clear, a bronze plated starter for a 1996 2 wheel drive Jeep Cherokee would not cost $204.85. Let there be no misunderstanding, Mr. Polly and his crew will "stick it to you on marked up car parts and labor, 1 1/2 hours to change that part is just so wrong, and $204.5 for that starter is just price gouging.

Mr. Polly will go to the ends of the earth to justify his invoices and he probably does not have to do it much, as he is the only service station that works on cars in the area, so he can really stick it to who he wants to, as this is a very affluent neighborhood.

So, please let me give you some friendly advice, if you do not want to loose your butt on any repair work done there, the second they quote you a price, STOP RIGHT THERE AND DO SOME INVESTIGATING. Find out what is wrong and you make a few calls for the part and buy it yourself, and take it to him and let him put it on. You will still get bent over on labor, but you will probably at least save $100-$500 on parts! It should be mentioned, I called several Jeep dealerships and every single one of them was less than the $412.25 that I paid, and everyone knows you are going to be killed by a dealer. I really bought the farm on this one, DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU. When you really find out what he is doing to you on these marked up parts, you will be blown away, in a very bad way!

Went on 04/22/16 to check on one 2003 Mercury mountaineer silver with intention of buying it. The dealer said we had to make a deposit of $500.00 to test drive it he gave a receipt for the vehicle showing balance of $2,000 when I return back he was not there the guy that working with him called him when we return back to let him know we was back he ask if we going to take it I said no he said I got to wait until the vehicle sell to get back my money I said it have too much of problems so I can't take it after that day he I never saw him again when I call his phone is today tomorrow now I went back to the gas station today the claiming he is just renting to put the cars and the refusing to give me his full name he got about 7 cars out there to sell but don't want to give me back my money

Every gas pump I've seen in the last 20 years have the grades in order (left to right or top to bottom): Regular - Plus - Extra. Regular gas is ALWAYS at the left or on the top and the grades are always in order of price. Today, however, at a Shell station/convenience store in Hudson, MA, the regular grade was in the middle, between plus and extra. Someone not paying attention would accidentally pick a higher grade (price) gas than intended by selecting the far left button. Seems deliberate and deceptive to me.

I filled my car with half a tank of gas. The pump said the total was $27. I have a charge for $99 on my credit card. I didn't get a receipt so I can't fight it or prove it.

I stopped in Shell Gas stationat 8695 NW 58th street Miami , fl 33166 . A soon as I got to the pump I got an alert from American Express credit of a $95.00 charge. I had had not even taken the card out of my purse. I got out of the car pumped gas, did not get a recipt. As i was driving away I called my husband to see if he had put gas in his car. He has not!!! I return back the gas station, requested my recite which was in the amount of $56.00. I told them what had occured, they said to wait to see if by the end of the day it would change. She said it my just be hold on my credit card.

How do they do this? What is more strange is that the address on my credit card detail shows another Shell station address!!!! Huston Tx Shell station. I looked adress up and call-- see link, this shell station is closed.
