What ever you do please don't rent to these people. They seem nice and he will tell you he is a handlyman and can do all kinds of things and will take great care of your home. When you do a landlord check they had great reviews. The person told me he pays rent on time every month. Never late and wonderful human and that he was selling house and that is why they are moving. I googled the address and could not find it. That should have been my first hint.
First month rent was 10 days late due to Holidays. Second month could not find my account number to make payment. 7 days late and not a full payment. Month 3 no payment at all. Month 4 I received an invoice for $1550 dollars worth of repairs which I have never authorized repairs of any sort. I don't believe any where done. He will not allow access to the home. There have been 3 attempts made to view interior of home.
PLEASE don't be foolish like me. I'm in this mess now $3000.00. plus I now have some new friends by the name of Roaches...
