NOT ONE SWEEPER HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED. YET, SHARK KEEPS INTRODUCING ONE NEW MODEL AFTER ANOTHER. IF YOU NEED A SHARK THAT DOES IT ALL YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY 2, 3, 4 OR 5 DIFFERENT MODELS ---- RIPOFF BIG TIME!! I like the corded stick vacuum I bought from the Shark site. It cleans very well and is easy to use. BUT -- the only problem -- big problem -- the hose is wayyyyy too short. What are you supposed to clean with a hose that doesn't extend a heck of a whole lot -- not much.

I wanted to buy an extension but the only extension that fits this sweeper is 12". It comes with a 12" attachment so what's the point. The point is to get you to buy something more expensive that does have a longer hose and that the 18" attachment will fit. The 18" attachment won't fit the corded sweeper I have. WHY? So now, in order to clean the crevices of the ceilings or put an attachment on to clean the tops of my ceiling fans I have to get a large stepstool, which I'm unsteady standing on. Unbelievable. I noticed each of their models lacks something to makes it less than the perfect sweeper. This is so they can introduce new models that have what your's doesn't, hence, trying to make you spend more money. Scam productions.

Shark has great machines -- They need to clean up their act and stop trying to manipulate people into spending money needlessly, into keep buying a product that they already have, but is very inadequate no matter which model it is.

The Ninja coffee bar worked for awhile,but it required complete time consuming cleaning. Our house consist of 2 adults who drink 1 cup in the morning and use for guests. Not long after buying the Ninja Coffee bar we started having trouble with the cleaning light coming on and staying on even after we cleaned the pot as directed. Shortly afterwards the panel showing the time no longer worked. We tried using the programmable brew and could not get it to function. Not long after the time would not show; it would always show CLN on the clock. We called Ninja and after trying their suggested method to clean (which we had done numerous times), they sent us a new base unit. We were told to keep our old Thermal carafe, Water Reservoir and Filter. The "cost of mailing" the new base unit was $19.95. We received the new base and the first time we tried to use the Programmable feature it would not work. I called Ninja and they went through the instructions as if I did not know what I was doing as I assured them nothing happened when I pressed the program set; They asked me to try with them on the phone. Guess what: New unit, will not perform one of it's main features and they just feel terrible about it, but for $19.95 they will send me another base unit. I expressed my complete satisfaction for the expensive unit and the extra $20 and now another $20 and he said there was nothing they could do because (wait for it) "They have a set contract with Fed Ex to ship their coffee pots".

I really love some of Ninja's other products. But, after this coffee pot fiasco, when our other Ninja products grow old or break down, we will NEVER buy another one of their products. Just think about their less than honest enterprise and let them know that at their center, they do not really care about customers or product...Just take them or leave them. I am leaving. All the other "well respected" companies do their best to give customer satisfaction and to us...That Still Means Something. Say no to Ninja or continue to add more profit to their coffers. We are going to purchase products that legit companies stand behind and appreciate their customers.

Purchased a SharkNinja (Shark) Professional Steam Pocket Mop Model No. S3801CO on March 25th of 2016 (03/25/2016). An advertisement seen a couple days prior, shown a carpet tool for the ) Professional Steam Pocket Mop, which is one of the reasons why I purchased the appliance. Although it did not come with the unit as advertised on TV, I was going to purchase it separately from the online store. After search for about 30 minutes with the help of a chat session, I found the item. When I purchased the unit a coupon was in the box for 20% off 4 items. The coupon indicated “Offer Valid for one (1) year following date of purchase or while supply lasts” indicating “20% off our specially developed Steam Pocket Mop Accessories for your shark product”.

So I figured I would purchase additional mop heads and the “Carpet Glider” totaling 4 items, which was indicated on the coupon. I was surprised to find out after about 40 minutes on the phone with customer service and a very brief discussion with a supervisor about 4 hours later. Only to find out that the coupon is not any good, and they have no valid coupons currently, there was nothing they could do, the order was already being pulled from the warehouse, so they could not cancel the order, However my card was already charged, I will have to refuse the shipment when it is delivered to get my money back. This is a lot of work for me to have to put up with, for a company who does not honor what they say. Either in their commercials or in their literature. Do not buy any of the Shark Ninja products. As it has been less than 30 days from my purchase I will be returning the steam mop as well… This company is a waste of time…to deal with.
