Property Management Serendypiti Apt refuse to return security deposit. I was not able to move in July the 10 and i ask them to give me delay unitl July 30/2017 they said it was oke from verbal statement on the phone. Leasing consultant call me July the 17/2017 and said that they will not give me my refund of $209. The serendypity Apt leasing company took $350 from me and that $209 will go toward my security deposit. For them to approved me to rent this 2 bedroom apt I have to pay and old creditor about $450. Please help me get my money back
