In 2016 I called the sell my timeshare because on the radio station in NYC the radio personality Steve Harvey is working with them to get people in and not provide any service.

Mr. Steve Harvey the radio personality is still advertising for them, and the company is a rip-off and I m not sure if Mr. Steve Harvey knows that the sell my timeshare is terrible business. I would like to get my 899.00 back

This company doesn't honor their agreements. It is a waste of time and money to list a timeshare to sell with them.

The representative who told me he would sell my timeshare in 2 months and told me they get people looking for my timeshare in Hawaii often, lied to me. Nothing was done to sell my timeshare. I asked for my money refunded and they refused to do it. You should not spend the money. They are not honest. Their claims are fraudulent.

How dumb can I be!

OMG, I can't believe this is happening. I called the Chamber of Commerce in Harrisonburg, Va

and asked for a reference for a reputable company to sell my timeshare. They gave me the name of SellMyTimeshareNOW,LLC. I assumed the Company was in or near my timeshare just outside of Harrisonburg. I have since learned they are in Exeter, NH and know nothing about my Resort. I signed my contract and paid my money. I never thought to research the company since they where referred by the Chamber of Commerce. They are probably in cahoots with each other. The Chamber must get a kick back for every referral. I never, ever heard back from the man that. closed the deal. He did say it would take time, which I knew, so I didn't bother him for a few months. When I did call, I was passed on to someone else. He seemed authentic, asking for copies of my lease and bill of sale, but I never heard from him again. I called him twice and he never returned my call. I called him today and actually had a not so positive conversation with him.. What a fool I have been. I would like to sue the Chamber of Commerce! I am a 83 year old widow, filing for bankruptcy. I was looking forward to using this money to help me

make ends meet. So much for that dream! What a bunch of losers they are. Possibly we can all gang up on them. There certainly is enough of us.

I have 2 time shares from Silverleaf that I have been trying to get rid of. I signed up with sellmytimesharesnow.com. To list both my properties cost $1,996.00. After 6 or 7 months of no activity I receive an e-mail from them stating they have an "organization" as a client that is willing to take my properties off my hands.

Here is the catch. This "organization" will take the properties for free, as in I give them away to them plus I have to pay sellmytimesharesnow.com $3,500.00 per property for closing fees, taxes etc. The salesman John Madrid, did state he would receive a modest commission of $50.00 as his payment. I was told that if I don't pay the $7,000.00 and take this offer now, I would probably never successfully sell my time shares even though I paid SellMyTimeshareNow.com $1,996.00 to market the 2 properties for me.

In review; I paid around 15K to 20K to buy two properties from Silverleaf resorts. I decide after having them for a decade but rarely using them that I want to sell them. Everything I was told by the seller at Silverleaf resorts about how time shares are an investment and easy to sell was a complete lie. In order to advertise selling my time shares cost an additional $1,996.00. Now the group that I paid $2,000.00 advertise and find buyers for me is saying if I pay them an additional $7,000.00 they will take them off my hands. If I do not pay them the money, I will eventually pay that amount and more in taxes and monthly maintenance fees.

I would love to be able to find out if sellmytimesharesnow.com and the mystery “organization” are owned by the same group after one digs through the maze of dummy corporations.

On February 3, 2016, me and my husband made an online inquiry regarding "Sell My Time Share Now". We were not convinced with this company, however, another company named "Donate Your Time Share".... we believed also owned by the same company referred us to Sell My Time Share Now Co. We thought we were really saving money and discount was given to us per say 20%, of course we believed, how stupid are we, right? Ok, Alex Lonsdale, Account Execcutive of this company really got us into signing with them to put an ad and sell our timeshare. The upfront fees was $1798 through our credit card company. For some reason, my own guts was telling me that something is not right, that after signing wuth this guy, I felt fear, concern, and so almost every week we are calling and asking but to no avail, this guy, Alex, is no longer available.

Before we sign, Alex Lonsdale was such a nice guy, very persistent, transparent, available and seemed honest in his words. He has contacted us, atleast me, for eight (8) consecutive calls as recorded on my cell phone billing. He even asked, if he can call me every two weeks just to make sure everything going well,.... yea right... low and behold, I have sent emails and emails, with no reply. All of a sudden he is no longer available and customer service people are trying to cover up for him. We felt the pressure of the scam after barely two (2) months, and my guts told me to do an extensive research online.

Upon doing extensive research, we found out, not only can we not sell our time share, tons of people online, like Ebay are selling their time share, pennies on the dollar, so how disgusting was that! I called my credit card company and explained how we were lied, duped and scammed by Sell My Time Share, and to please help us dispute the money we paid them for $1798. We are seniors and we do not have plenty of money, and that money is such a big deal for us. We really felt we were lied and this guy, Alex, we felt violated the standard policy of dealing business of honesty, integrity, transparency, availability, responsiveness, truthfulness and trust-worthiness.

We have also filed a complaint with BBB and awaiting for results. We also have filed with Consumer Affairs online. We will file with the State Attorney General in Florida and New Hampshire, which we believed they have another corporate office. We also want to file with FTC or FCC Commission, of being taken advantage of. We are willing to go to Court and sue this Company if we have to, "Small Court Claims".

We ask the public to not make the same mistakes we made. Please do your homework, do your own research and always listen to your feelings and guts. My biggest mistake was... I never listened to my husband who was against this from the beginning and I was the one to be blamed. This serves as a big lesson for me and for any future dealings online, to do extensive research before signing up. We still feel positive that we can get our money back by fighting back in a very hard way.

We hope that publishing this report online, that many millions of people can be saved of their hard earned money and not be lied and scammed from any companies like Sell My Time Share Now.

Thank you for allowing to publish this report to public.

This company took my money and I have not heard from them since. The sales person who took my money will not return my phone calls or emails. I have not had any inquiries about my property in 3 months! The sales guy Ed said that I should have no problem selling my time share quick. When I call customer service to check on my ad all customer service can offer me is to lower my price. The price was set based on the value of the property but I still lowered the price. I have received NO help or feedback from thsi company. Its funny how before they take your money they are very available and always return calls and emails but since they have your money they disappear. Horrible company! Just a rip off! BAD decision!

SellyourtimeshareNOW.com listed a time share for sale. The paperwork they provided didn't look legitimate, so I called Fiesta Americana, and they said there is no member number associated with the number they provided. I asked if there was any contract with that number and they said "no".

When I reported this to John Taylor, he said he'd changed his mind about selling me the product. Do not give any money to this company. They do not have products to stand behind what they claim to be selling. I have rented time shares before, and confirming ownership of a time share isn't difficult. Also, the paperwork is clear to read and understand.
