On April 3, 2019, Darrel Flowers stated that he needed monies on that day and would return my funds to me on the 8th when a property closing was to take place. On the 8th Mr Flowers stated that his partner/associate that was delivered the check, kept the monies that was owed to me due to a unpaid balance that he had previously for something other then issue. At that moment, I knew in my heart that this was going to not play out right.
Weeks passed, Mr FLowers became unresponsive until I had my lawyer draw up Final Action email. Mr Flowers then became childish in the email mocking conversations we had as threats to my personal life. This letter was business professional and was specifically talking about the facts in place.
More weeks passed and I havent heard anything from Mr FLowers AT ALL. The last text was July 7,2019 stating that he should have my monies shortly but nothing.....I just want the monies that is owed to me. I was kind enough to send him the funds and I get scammed in this manner is terrible.
