Seed Capital of Nevada Eric Johnson Worked with Bricks 4 Kidz to prey on owners who purchased the business Nevada

I purchased a Bricks 4 Kidz. I was told it was a quick return on investment, with Seed Captial I could get the money on Credit Cards and with zero interest, what balances were not paid off, we could roll the credit cards over into another zero balance. Seed Capital ran up $120,00 in credit use for me to use to purchase the B4K franchise. Eric Johnson was the person whom I paid to be my financial counselor. He ended up running me around in circles, and really did nothing to help when I could not roll the balances over.

The worst, is Bricks 4 Kidz Franchisor was selling franchises that only make 12% successful businesses. The business model did not work. I was bankrupt within a year. The Credit Cards were doubling in monthly payments. Who would want to purchase a business with a 12% success rate.

I recorded one girl telling me how to do the credit cards, they actually opened a few in my name and end me the information. I would love for a goverment agency to get onto these scammers.

There are many Bricks 4 Kidz owners in the same boat due to working with B4K corp who was STEERING us to Seed Capital. I was a quick return on investment for Seed Captial and B4K the rest of us are out $50.000 and above.

Loral Langemeier Live Out Loud, LOL Loral Langemeirer, Live out loud, Seed Capital, Cash machine funnel, 100K challenge Lake Tahoe Nationwide

Where to start!?... There is so much fraud & lies connected with Loral Langemeier that I will focus on just a few main points. This message is a little long but if you or anyone you know has been duped by this Lady please read and I hope that from what I share many of you will know what to do to get your money back.

Everything at that company is a scam and a lie that is used to get you to buy into a bigger lie and scam so that you will spend more money. They have the "2k scholarship program", 100k challenge, coaching, and now they lure people to get money through a company called seedcapital.com. The best are the live-events where they have fake people acting like clients claiming to be making money so that when the sales guys call you back to up-sell you, it's much easier to convince you to buy. Like the "3 Days to Cash" or "Make New Money" events.

The 1st step is to get you in their "FUNNEL". That can be by purchasing a book which is "FREE" plus shipping of course. LOL. Or you fill out information online so that they can contact you. You can also sign up for live events like 3 Days To Cash, Make New Money, Lorals Big Table, or Head Of The Table. Any of these methods allows you to enter into their sales funnel. Once in the funnel now they look at every which way possible to sell you.

Loral's all-time favorite is the "100k Challenge" which used to cost 5k then 6k and now its up to almost 9k. Here they promise to make you 100 thousand dollars of new money or your money back. They claim that to date no one has ever received their money back. That part is true because prior to joining the program you sign this ridiculous contract which is intended for you to fail. They know that no one will ever be able to follow through and therefore, no one can ever get their money back.

Loral loves the 100k challenge because its easy money. She doesn't have to spend a bunch of money on her staff because you are left to you own devices and of course no one is able to meet the requirements and she never has to give a dime of that money back.

The new big thing there right now is their "business funding". They partnered up with a company called seedcapital.com. Seed helps clients get 10's of thousands of dollars by having them sign up for numerous credit cards. Seedcapital.com has gotten very good at knowing how to fill out these credit card applications and what lies to put down so the client can get quick approvals. Then the client is up sold by Lorals sales guys. The best part of all of this is that the client is told that according to Federal guidelines they must commit to using 50% of the money that they receive from Seed Capital to invest with Loral because this is a business loan. If a client backs out after getting the funding the sales guys are then instructed to lie to the client and tell them that if they don't use the funds for the business then Seed Capital will come back and take all of the funding back. Which this is a COMPLETE LIE!!!

Also Loral has figured out a quick way to make an extra few thousand off each client by adding ridiculous fees on top of what Seed charges the client. If you don't believe me just go to seedcapital.com and apply for the funds without going through Loral and see what happens. Don't disclose what you know or that you are part of Loral's Scam. I was trying to get my refund back a few months ago and was told that I could not due to the fact that there was no money in her accounts to process my refund. Now does that sound like a wealth builder to you????

I was contacted by Daeus Financial. They sold me a package for $6495 promising 0% interest on my initial credit of up to $100K for the first two years. What I got with that money was a call from Seed Capital promising me over $100,000 in credit for my business. I did get the $100K of credit, on numerous PERSONAL credit cards with 0% interest for a year, which cost me over $9000 in fees from Seed Capital. I have excellent credit (until now) and did not realize that all I would end up with is over $800/month in credit card payments, no business credit, and a looming debt at the end of 12 months. I did not want $100K in credit in the first place. I specifically asked for less than $50,000 to help with my business start-up costs. If I had known that all they were going to do for me was get me a bunch of personal credit cards, I could have done that and saved over $9000.

Lesson learned the hard way!!!! Please be aware of companies like this one. Be very careful before signing any sort of contract, especially if they have your credit card on file - they will charge fees without your consent because you signed the initial contract allowing them to do so. What they did to me is extremely unethical and I don't want anyone else to end up in my situation.

Seed Capital Committing Fraud

Seed Capital Inc been revoke by Nevada Secretary Of State in 2013. Seed Capital LLC not registers with The Nevada of Secretary Of State. Seed Capital contracts and agreements not valid.

Seed Capital, Seed Consulting LLC partner of lenders in their network. BBVA Compass, Bank of America, Citi Bank, Barclay, USAA, Chase, American Express and Capital One and other.

What Seed Capital use on consumer credit application is business projected Income as stated income in the annual house hold income just to get a high credit limit for clients. That is bank fraud.

Business Projected Income is a out look of the business projected on how much the business could make with in the year that may happen or it may not.. It is only use for business loans and credit and not for personal. Stated Income basically a Mortgage loan with some documents and a large down payment.

These banks participated in consumer fraud knowingly the annual house hold income is false. It is not the consumer and Business owners fault it is Seed Capital and the banks fault of misleading consumers and business owners.

Since 2008, Seed Capital has helped raise over a half billion in funding for over 12,000 companies and individuals. They have an A+ rating with the BBB and work with some of the most reputable names in the franchise world (7-ll, Subway, Coldstone, Dollar Stores, FedEx and the list goes on). The Seed Capital process assists clients in obtaining unsecured lines of credit that can be converted to cash and freely spent on anything the client, or company, sees fit. The average client obtains between $80-100k in funding within 10 days of starting the process and all of the funds are 0% for the first 12-24 months. Best of all, the Seed Capital program offers an unequivocal guarantee: If a client does not obtain a minimum of $50k (or $100k for those with a qualifying partner or spouse) the program is absolutely free. Fees are only collected AFTER the guaranteed funding level is met.”
