Second Life Reviews

  • Dec 11, 2015

To start with I had been on holiday vacation for a week and a half visiting family, while I was gone I didn't have access to my account since I didn't have my pc with me. When I returned home I tried to log into my Second Life account and it told me that the account had been put on administrative hold. I was alarmed thinking it might have been hacked so I called the customer support phone number where someone who spoke very poor english told me they couldn't help me and to file a ticket with the website. So I did just that I filed a ticket asking what exactly was going on with my account the name of which is RLMadd Resident.

After a few days there wasn't any answer to my ticket so I called the number again pleading with them to tell me what was going on with my account and again I was told that I couldn't be helped and to be patient. Three days later I recieved an Email stating that my account had broken the Terms of Service and my account is permanently disabled and that I may not return to Second Life on any account, new or existing. They have never explained to me what has happened for this to come about nore are they even willing to communicate with me on any level. I have spent a generous amount of my own hard earned money on Second Life and now it's all thrown away because of something that I didn't even do. I just want everyone to be aware of these con artists called Linden Labs because as their TOS says they can and will terminate your account whenever they see fit.
