As a paitent of Scripps doctors, i have recieved services from the hospital. I recieved bills for it and i have paid them all, but the billing department refuses to ackowledge the fact that they have recievied the payments. Instead they have sent me to collections. I have called several times and they rudely say - "instead of calling, can you make the payment". If i ask for a manager to call me back - i never get a call back.
