Yet, judge Persky found mitigating factors to sentence him to only 6months in jail; Tunner only served 3 out of the 6months for GOOD BEHAVIOR! The mitigating factors Persky took into consideration were: No prior crimial hisory, his young age, being intoxicated while raping his victims, letters from his allies, and severe impact on Mr. Turner's future. The fact that he engaged in such horrible crime at the age of 19 is quite concerning not a mitigating factor.
