Be Aware! You will pay an extra $80 dollars for a Sunday pickup! (gate opening fee they call it), which is tottaly unfair and outrageous since they have (Nancy) working on Sundays. you are better off getting your car on a normal working day.
They towed my car Sunday morning, I called to get it and the rate was $360 for a Sunday pickup -yes, this is their basic rate for a one day, not even 24 hours had passed!
They will refuse to tell you how much you would pay if you pick it up on a weekday (45 dollars is an extra day charge) but then you would have to pay $80 if you decide to pickup your car on Sunday. (this information they will not share with anyone) and i had to pull it out of their mouth.
Nancy, The Sunday receptionist, is a total B, she will belittle you and will refuse to tell you accurate information, i asked her how much i would have to pay if i pick up my car on a Monday!!!! or the fee breakdown, they said 'you would have to come on monday and ask for yourself) I will not provide you this information.
Mean, unprofessional, and has awful attitude. If she was my employee I would fire her on the spot!
That said, you are on your on with them....(the police will not help you on that one because it is a civil issue! yess i called the police on them.
Furthermore, when i went to pickup the car on a Sunday, she refused to service me or open the gate because I was asking her for my right to know (fees)
Be aware as the correct fees are on the floor on a small sheet of paper, while the wrong fees are hung on the wall, totally misleading and outrageous.
