I think this company should be renamed SCAMcart! Don't fall for the false advertsiing that this platform works for any prodcut. IT DOESN'T. If you have any product variations this platform SUCKS. If you have multiple variations (size. color, etc) it doesn;t work at all and you will throw your money in the trash because they will not refund your money for failing to provide advertised service or for their false advertising. This company has no character or integrity and will screw you over in a heartbeat for money. I was also initially double/overcharged on my credit card. Thankfullly, I caught it and got them to give me a refund for the initial overcharge, but there are many reviews by others on their FB page and elsewhere that they have done to this to many others. Be careful. Better yet, stay away! #SCAMcart

Company also over/double charged me when I signed up, but I caught it on my cc statement and did get them to refund it. Seems to be a common practice of theirs. Probably a lot of people just don't catch them.
I deactivated my trial account with Samcart last November and was refunded the $99 I spent. A few months later in February, I started being billed $199 a month for a premium membership by Samcart without permission or notification. I just noticed it now, more than 7 months later. Even when I log in now, it still says my account is deactivated.
If I am not refunded $1400 by Samcart, I will take legal action and file a chargeback. Delete all my payment information at once. I have begun compiling an investigation into your company and discovered there are several other people who experienced the same problem. I will leave updates here if the issue is resolved or ignored by Samcart.
