I'm giving them five stars because they did efficient work and helped me to understand what the problem was. The workers who helped me were very knowledgeable and showed expertise in their profession. I asked numerous questions, and they answered all of them in an approach for me to easily understand. Their credibility encouraged me to recommened them to my coworkers and friends, who were having problems with their appliances, as well.
Giving them one star because zero stars is not an option. These guys have the most incompetent workforce ever. Don't bother using them unless you want the job done wrong and then no attempt to make it right. I had a waste water backup in my basement, and the furnace condensation drain happened to run into said drain that backed up. Wanted these guys to do a thorough cleaning of my furnace so no waste water particles were in the furnace. The first guy they sent out wasn't prepared to do a deep cleaning, so he did a general cleaning. Had to pay him then pay another guy to do a more in depth cleaning. Neither guy had the common sense to clean out the condensation drain, which ended up being clogged with waste water and tissue. Had to have a third guy come out and unclog the condensation drain because the first two guys didn't perform the service we asked. In the end, I'm out over $400 and their management stand behind their incompetent staff and did absolutely nothing to make the situation right. Honestly don't even trust that the work any of their guys was done right, so I'm having another company check their "work."
