I placed an order (#40650) on Oct 1, 2017 and never received my item. Saleguru took my money and never sent my product. I have submitted 3 times on the form for them to contact me but no one has ever responded. There is no customer service phone number to call. THIS IS A SCAM!!! A HORRIBLE COMPANY.
WHY would anyone take advantage of people trying to get a good deal? I was affected by Hurricane Harvey and LOST EVERYTHING... and having to replace all items is challenging...and now this company?? Wow!!! who ever you are Saleguru...I hope you feel good sleeping at night!!!

I tried calling the phone number on my bank statement today. The phone number does not ring at all; I only receive a error tone, indicating my call cannot be completed.
I had bought what I thought was the tyme iron never received it contacted them dozens of times never got my money back , they kept saying it’s in route they blame usps or fedex said they sent it out . That was a month ago

I received an email back that said they are delayed and will deliver in 4 weeks. It has now been six weeks. They don't respond to emails asking for a refund. I am very frustrated with this company and only want to get my money back. But now I am seeing that others are having the same issue, so I feel these are dishonest people that are only stealing people's money. Please stop them. I will help you if I can.

I contacted the company to ask where the tracking information was, and I never heard back. It's been 2 days since I requested the information. After researching the company, I have found many complaints similar to mine. After this, I filed a dispute with my credit card company to try to get the charge taken off. There is no way to contact this company other than submmiting my email and complaint. I have submmited a complaint to them twice and have not heard a thing from them. They are scam artists!

I ordered a hair straightener that was 55$ originally 200$. I paid via PayPal and the money was withdrawn from my account. I got a confirmation and a usps tracking number. When I tried to track the package usps said the tracking number was incorrect and not in the system. I even called usps and waited to talk to someone for 2 hrs where they said the same thing. I have emailed and tried to do online chat with the company to no avail. Nobody will respond. I have been used and my money has been stolen. I am writing this to warn others not to order from this company. They need to be addressed. This is not ok. Do not use www.thesaleguru.com. This is not a shopping website but a thief ring. Criminals only

I contacted USPS and they said that the tracking number the company gave me does not exist. I have sent several emails to the company and they do not respond back.
