Call initially came from Dean White at St Paul Stamps in Branson, MO---over a period of many years he slowly created a portfolio of stamps which were to be presented/sold through various stamp shows around the country, these shows were atteded by his boss Terri....

I'm out somewhere in the area of about 15K, at a point about two years ago Dean White supposedly left the company yet if you dial 417-559-6487 a VM sends you direct to the office number for St. Paul Stamps which apparently no longer exists. This implies in my mind some sort of connection still exists.

My contact with MO AG was quickly answered with a referral to the NV AG as it appears this company was duly licensed as a company in NV and not MO.

Last communication with Terri was Aug 2018 at which time she indicated she was attending a show doing her thing.. the few times I actually got through to the office was always told that Terri was not in, she was always at the "Vault" where presumbly the stored NOT shipped stamps were in lock down.

I wonder how many times this sequence has been repeated across the country?

I will continue to pursue this through the AG NV and highly recommend all others do the same.

I was contacteded by this company and was sold a few stamps. I kept getting calls to buy more and told them I wanted to try to sell the ones I had bought. They kept telling me that they would sell them at the next show but there was always an excuse. Now they will not answer the phone. They have never responded to emails. They are holding the stamps I had bought and based on others that are citing their purchases as worthless I am assuming I was sold stamps that were worthless too. I just want my money back.

I purchased two sets of stamps from a Saint Paul Stamps, located in Branson Missouri / Las Vegas, NV – with the understanding that these were high quality unused stamps in VF/ XF (very fine/ xtra fine) condition.

I became concerned with my purchase on learning that the Better Business Bureau had revoked Saint Paul Stamps accreditation (from A to F) due to customer complaints. From my own experience and the reviews from BBB (www.bbb.org), I believe Saint Paul Stamps is operating in a very dishonest manner.

Three reputable stamp dealers (all members of American Stamp Dealers Association, Inc. - https://www.americanstampdealer.com ) – recommended that I expertise and grade the stamps - as a first step in dealing with what we suspect is a case of gross misrepresentation (i.e. suspicion these stamps are not of the unused XF quality or may have been tampered with). Two of these dealers had prior knowledge of Saint Paul Stamps and stated that it specializing in selling low grade stamps at inflated prices.

The best/worst example of the situation is a Benjamin Franklin 1847 stamp in the set, it was presented to me as the prime item, having value greater than $9,000.00 – using the grading of proffesional stamp expertisers, the stamp has a market value of about $100.00
