I purchased a glass from royal tech windows last summer. April of this year I noticed condensation inside this "new" window. Curtis Smith the owner of royal tech windows came out and informed over the phone that there were was not sufficient weep holes for this window and that "his guys should never have installed it" and that he would get in contact with me after he looked over the paperwork. After getting the runaround from Curtis in which I made numerous calls only for him to say that he still had to go over the paperwork. After a few weeks of playing this game, my frustration grew and I questioned Curtis as to why it was taking him so long to get this issue resolved and why he would always come up with a lame excuses. He replied something to the effect of he was going to replace the glass for me but now that I was calling him a liar he would not replace it.
