We bought a couch (Class A diesel pusher$$$ Our first) from Roy Robinson RV in April. They kept it 2 more days for a "safety inspection". We were told that it was "travel ready!" We even came back 2 mo. later for some warranty work and I was told I had to pay tax on the labor with our warranty!!(Not so says Brazels RV, the ones who have it now, Just pay your deductable $200 thats it)So they had it twice now to do a safety check.
My wife had back surgery shorly after that so we didn't get to use it until Oct. 2015
We took it to our sons wedding in Reno and to see our daughter and kids in ND. about 3500mi. the back of the RV swaded back and forth and even the salesmen said it really sways yioure going to have to get your sea legs! But nothing was wrong it was just I-5 doing it.
We're getting ready to go for Christmas and took it to a closer shop (Brazels RV)for an oil change and safety check before we go. Within 2 hrs we get a call ssaying its not safe to drive!The control arms are rusted out, the brake drums are craked, the radiators (2 of them) are plugged up! We can't even drive it home legally or safely!!
Brazels RV swears it was that way when we bought it as that much rust couldn't have happened in 6 mo. of summer!
Braze's said the rear-end is not securred enogh to drive the rear axel could spin sideways on a bum! They said we could have died!!!
So we call Ror Robinson RV and asked if they would help...
NO WAY!! Josh (service mgr at Roy Robinson RV) said all his coaches have cracked brakes!! He doesnt want to get involved!!! Isn't he already involved? We have extended warranty that covers about $5k But we still owe over $8k+ its still growing!!!
