After multiple calls to Victor Junior about non performance and blatant lies re ranking improvements, i was threatened with a court action. I had to keep paying up for the full 13 months - yeah not 12, because once you cancel, you are automatically billed one extra month for "setup" fees. I have contacted a third party SEO guy and he told us that their links are spammy and irrelevant to our business. Everyone, stay away from those guys.

On top of that they billed me their SEO service common they don't even rank for their SEO services on google! I am now stuck with a sub par website, which is now "suspended" after I told rotapix that I am not happy with the site. Since September, I have not been able to contact them or them reply to my numerous emails. After checking their reviews on true local, all I can say is that I should've done my homework. I am now considering legal action against those crooks for a product they never delivered. Avoid at all costs.
Rotapix or Rotapix Interactive Media is a Sydney / Australia based SEO company that promises to deliver your website to page 1 on Google.
Unfortunatley many off their clents have been burnt by signing 12 month agreements that are diffucult to get out off once you realise that Rotapix are not delivering the service you have paid for.
They target small busineses like ours; auto shops and tradespeople to extract money and not deliver the promised results.
You will sign a 12 month contract and when you realise after a few months that your website is going nowhere you will find it difficult to get out of that contract. You will be forced to stay the full 12 months and at the end off the contract you are no better off than at the begining.
Just check their reviews on local review sites like True Local etc and see for yourself.
My advice regarding Rotapix and Victor and his son; Do not use them.
