I have been a 'senior' member of the Roseville Health & Wellness Center for over 10 years and found out that my membership fee (first increase since I joined) had increased by 26% - other members' fee only increased by 17%. A staff member told me that the discrepancy was due to a straight $10 across the board increase to all members. I find this unfair business practice especially to someone like me who is a senior and on a fixed retirement income. The discrepancy in percentage of increase fee is one thing but to do it without notifying me of the increase indicates that this business does not care about their senior members. Due to the large increase in membership fee and lack of notice, I will cancel my membership with the Roseville Health & Wellness Center.
