They haven't updated any of their properties in 20+ years and they are all infested with rats and rodents it s the grossest. But I got them assistance totally over $216,000. I submitted my bill. They won't pay and now won't answer my calls.
They have over 20 rental properties paid off and are trying to jack me. Screw them. They aren't cool enuff to get over on me. They better be watching their back. I don't care if they are old.
