Robert Mark Shipley was reccommended by a local dealership when we had a vehicle accident and he stated that he could recover some monies due to our vehicle now losing value since it was only 2 months old.
Robert M. Shipley stated that a Texas law on Diminished Value would give us over $4,000 due to this loss and his fee would be $450.00. He never followed through with the insurance company and after 4 months of trying to contact him he would not answer his phone or return our calls. He is as of today working at Rooms to Go on 410 in San Antonio as a sales associate if anyone else needs to locate him.
I am in the process of filing a small claims on this person who has no shame and is riping individuals of their hard earned money.
