NEWS RELEASE - Legal Bench Fly Chronicles ("Exposing Legal Vermin")

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

November 19, 2019

STAMFORD, Connecticut - A crooked, smug faced, smart aleck Bridgeport Lawyer, Partner and Chair of a Fairfield County Condominium and Community Association practice group may add, "Crook," "Scam Artist," and soon, possibly; "Disbarred Lawyer," to his name, if some people have their way.

Legal Bench Fly Chronicles reports, his name is Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., (Yep, that's Pacelli in the photograph)

counsel to more than a dozen Condominium Associations in Fairfield County, and he has rightly chalked up quite a, well let's say, quite a following of disgruntled disabled residents, for which he oversees the Condominium communities in which they live in and deprives them of thier rights. That's right, the disabled, are people usually with physical and/or mental health impairments, ordinarily protected under the Federal laws, except if they come into contact with Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., they can throw their rights, right out the back window, of Pacelli's Rover,

"I want this vermin Bob Pacelli locked up and the key thrown away," a disabled victim, telling Legal Bench Fly Chronicles.

Accused of orchestrating a string of discriminatory, unethical and unlawful denials of condominium residents in need of bonafide Reasonable Accommodation Requests, Attorney Pacelli, is reputed to file lawsuits against the disabled for merely exercising their rights while pursuing their rights under a protect act, within the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 (FHAA). This guy is legal Vermin.

Mr. Pacelli's reputation for structuring illegal loop holes meant to disadvantage and deprive the disabled, while benefiting the wishes of vindictive Condominium Boards of Directors is starting to catch up with Pacelli, though. What a Legal Vermin.

The Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, attorney and former Milford, CT., subpar high school hockey player, whom married up, the daughter of a Bridgeport, cigarette/candy vending machine business owner, is reputed to be stockpiling a reputation of being complicit in schemes to rip-off the disabled of their rights under the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988. Low class Legal Vermin.

Legal Bench Fly Chronicles was informed; "Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., is a scum bag attorney, who gives good lawyers a bad name. I wish I could tell you to spit in his face, the next time you see him in public." Mr. Pacelli's shenanigans don't stop there. Amid the application process for registering Reasonable Accommodation Requests here is what another disabled homeowner said; "Pacelli, has orchestrated and imposed illegal fees and fines on me, for several years, he just flies under the radar making up the laws as he goes along, and testing to see if you can afford to counter sue him," says a Fairfield County disabled complainant. What a piece of Legal Vermin!

"I want to see him disbarred and on the street corner holding a cup for violating the rights of the disabled," said another disabled resident to LBFC of a condominium that Pacelli runs.

One Fairfield Condominium Association, known as Southport Woods Condominium Association, Inc., reports that Robert A. Pacelli, has been counsel there for nearly a decade. Adding; this Association that collects upwards of $70,000.00 a month in common fees, had no Reasonable Accommodation Request Policy in place, when one of its residence applied for an accommodation nearly a decade ago. Here is what the Pacelli victim told Legal Bench Fly Chronicles; "I made a request and it was like I was speaking a different language to the Associations property Manager, Felner Corporation. This is unheard of pervasive behavior then and continues to be in 2019." He went to tell LBFC; "Subsequently, and fed up, I registered a complaint with the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, (HUD) and later it came out that this Association, in existence since roughly 1969, did not have a policy in effect to accommodate its disabled residents requests for accommodations." Continuing; "Pacelli was the attorney of record long before the complaint with HUD was registered, If Mr. Pacelli was worth his salt, why did he not set up a Reasonable Accommodation Request policy for the primarily elderly condominium community?" What a piece of Vermin!

Fake Attorney, Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., has become infamous for not only doing Fairfield County an injustice, he is patently prejudice against the disabled," that according to another Fairfield County, disabled resident and Pacelli adversary.

"Crooked Pacelli, gave the Board of Directors at the Condominium that I live in the green light to impose illegal conditions on me in order for me to be granted my request." Boards are primarily comprised of a bunch of power hungry, ignorant idiots. The Boards don't know the laws, the attorney's are supposed to know the laws, and they give the nod to the Board, hoping that they won't be called to the carpet, because many of the decisions between Boards and their Attorney's are unlawful.

Readers need to understand that Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., is a scavenging vulture. He is a profiteer whom appears to benefit off the sick, disabled and less fortunate. A typical "nouveau riche" barrel chested, dude in a flashy SUV, and cheap suit, who may believe that he is above the law, appears to be doing a genuine disservice to disabled citizens of Fairfield County, Connecticut.

He is compensated as a hired gun, of vindictive Condominium Boards of Directors, who may have an ax to grind with a resident(s), for anything from holding the Board accountable for their actions, to having an ideology different from theirs. The Board then retaliates and relies on and uses Mr. Pacelli's deceptive and pervasively unethical legal muscle to deprive and vilate residents of their rights under the FHAA/1988 and through threats and actions of lawsuits, to silence them.

Housing discrimination is a serious offense. If you have a complaint of disability or housing discrimination against Robert A. Pacelli, Jr., of Zeldes Needle & Cooper, or your Condominium Association, please contact:
