I took my bmw in for a service check. The dealship keep the car for 7 weeks. Charged my warranty company $15326.00 abd still it wasnt fixed, orginal theu was supposr to hv been a recall and regular service check. It seems they mess up /cause an error and attempt to undo the damage they cause. Never did they took responsible only keep the car. I ened up pulling the car and planning on taking it somewhere else. Im even thinking abt driving 3 hours to the next bmw dealship. Because of the experience i will own a bmw again. Roadshow bmw of memphis is the worst auto service with poor customer service. They have no integrity or value the customer. Rhey wiped off the warranty company by double charging for the time and after 7 weeks nwver fix the car.
