RJS Electronics Inc. Reviews

Well, John, you refused to talk with me about the lemon product you sold me and collected over $3000. Perhaps here, on this page and in front potential customers, you will find the courage to answer me some questions. A short background first: Over two (2) years ago we met and I asked for an electronic switching circuit on a PCB. You asked me what my budget is and I, to my shame, told you $3000.00. Immediately you told me that you have exactly what I need and the cost is $3000.00. You asked for the specs I need and told me that you have the PCB and you only need to modify the software to my needs. On 4/28/2014 I gave you a check for $3000.00 and the next day the check was paid off. You did not even deposit it. You run to the bank to cash it, for good reason, I found too late, you are a con man and you wanted the cash before I’ll find out that you can not deliver even half of your promises. But this is my fault. I should have seen the red flag when you insist on us meeting only at Panera Bread, never at your office, or place of business. A year and a half later, when I told you that I’m giving the case to attorney, you allowed me to come and see your “place of business”, which is your home kitchen. In your website, you deceive potential customers by promising deliveries that you can not deliver. Look at the last line in your website: “On final payment, you own all design files, schematic, BOM, PCB layout files, gerbers, embedded source code, FPGA design. Now any contract manufacture can manufacture your production boards.: you promised. For almost two years I ask you for the promised documents and you always said I don’t have them yet. Finally, under threat of a law and damage suite, you sent me 8 pagegs of pictures of the device, taken by your iPhone. No owner manual, no BoM, no any documents at all. As for the device itself, you never managed to get it working right. In the past year and a half I sent it back to you for repair about 8 times. And you did repair it, blaming me for causing the shorts that plague the operation. And somehow, always about two hours after I put it to test, it blew up again. And again you blamed me. When I said I can not show this kind of lemon device to my customers, you replied: “Don’t show it to them”’ your own words. You said that you test run the device for 12 running days with no problems, but you cut short of trying to sell me the Brooklyn Bridge as well. You knew that at this time I Won’t buy from you anything. You even showed me the test sequence you claim you run the device on for 12 days, and not to my surprise, the specs there were not my specs. You run the device (so you claim) for 12 days non stop while my device, as I explained to you again and again was to be controlled by a thermostat, On when temperature down and Off when temperature up again. And last, for now only, don’t you know the basic rule that you never use soldering iron on a PCB? And soldering wire size 14 to connect a large size resistor to a tiny trace on the PCB is a Cardinal Offence? And when the wire broke the delicate trace on the PCB you blamed me again. Asking you to fix it right you demanded, and received, $140.00. yet, the same problem persist.

If any of you guys who read this horror story want some proofs, please contact me. Write to me and I’ll send you copies of the check $3000.00 and the documentations he gave me. There is more to come, so keep watching for updates here.

At this time, before we’ll meet in court, I refer the case to BBB and allow them to try and get reasonable solution. No solution, we’ll meet in Small Claim court with demand of full refund and $7000 damages. Tell the judge that you don’t have the documentations after almost two years of demanding them.
