In September I tried to order a bath lift from this company ritears medical supplies. They only had one item shown on their site when I ordered it. When I received my package it was a totally different item than what was shown on the website. I called them and told them I received the wrong item and I want to the item as pictured on the website and they told me that that item was unavailable and website needed to be updated. They changed the website after My call luckily I took a screenshot. . They told me to send back what I had gotten which I did through UPS and they confirmed it to be delivered I have a tracking number. now they won't give me my refund and they kept what I sent back.
