I set all my pay on draft to keep budgeting easy and ensure I pay on time and don't have to worry about missed payments. Rim tyme did not draft my payment or post my payments as promised. This Caused my account to show delinquent. This in turn triggered their system to send Someone to repo. I immediately called while the tech was onsite. I wanted to pay the account in full. They refused and would only accept a payment. Said I had to come in the store to pay in full. Unprofessional and poor business practices.
