This is my first time going to a dealership.I gave the required documents ,two proofs of income and proof of address ,signed the paper work and (zach horne) gave me the keys to the van. I asked Zach was everything cool and he said yes. He was not upfront with the process. He told me that insurance had to be on the vehicle before it left the lot. He didn't tell me that I was paying $342 for 7 day insurance until he had already charged my card. Another week goes by and I get a call from zach Horne telling me I forgot to sign some paper work and I was thinking to myself I had already signed the paper work (slick Bas*d ) that was the trick to get me there ,but when I got there him and Nick were the only ones in the office. And Nicke said he couldn't verify my Employment and that they had to have the van back. But I thought that they verified everything because Zach Horne gave me the keys and said everything was cool and I was trying to ask Zach Horne what was going on and he couldn't look at me. Nick was doing all the talking. Nick said I had to give him the keys and that I can't get my deposit back. So I walk into the office with down payment $700 dollars and now They get to take the van and my money.I gave back the van with no problem and I give it back clean. Most people would have taking a dumpin the van,but I didn't. Ifiled a complaint with Michigan SOS automotive complaint. All I want is my $700 dollars down payment back. I just want to be put back on soild grond. That's not fair that they get to come back after two weeks of me having the van and take it back and keep my money. I'm gone push this issue all the way to hell. And I also called Rightway corporate soI am waiting on the regional Manger to get back in touch with me.
