Ordered perscription drug on line for a trial offer. Drug (Sildenfil) was ineffective . To add insult to injury, REXMD sent another refill and charged me for it without either my knowledge or permission.
Contacted them and they refused to either accept a return or refund the money to my credit card.
Visited rexmd website for ED prescription. Completed online forms. Indicated approved, credit card charged for $102. Site claims 2 - 3 days delivery. Site indicates order processing began 4 April, status has not changed to date. Still trying to figure how to cancel order and get money refunded for non
Placed an order on 3/19/2022. They charged me 40 bucks on 3/20/2022. Today is 3/31/2022. Website shows still processing. I have reached out repeatedly for information regarding my order. I have received no answers. Called numerous times, only to be put on hold until I gave up...30 minutes or more.
They don't answer emails or messages left on their website. I have demanded my money back and a cancelation of my account. No response. Total ripoff. Do not do business with these people
Never delivered on what they promised. Placed order and went through the process. Card charged and got message saying it was shipped. After 7 days, I called, (judgeing by the accent, was from India), asking what was up. SHE said it was in my city and should be delivered shortly.
Would not give me a tracking number or tell me what "city" she was talking about. Tried to log into the website to track, where she told me I could, but for some reason my password was now invalid. (no, it was correct), When I tried to reset it, the email I got had dead links on it and could not reset my password.
Called again to tell them to send me a temporary one so I could log in and reset it. They sent me (after a few days) the same email with the dead links. Had to cancel my card and get another because I could not cancel my suscription. Now im worried my personal information may have gotten into the wrong hands. Do not deal with these people.
Spent 20 minutes filling out their forms---asked what Ed Pills I prefered----answered then was sent to a screen to buy something else....called cust service was told they only had what they were offering now..I explained that product was unacceptable based on side effects. They said to buy what they had. BAIT AND SWITCH. They have 1 product and not the 4 or 5 listed on their website. They never answered the question about when they would have the product I wanted. Untrustworthy

I didn't buy anything from REX MD, but they charged $40.00 in my account credit on 12/12/2021 for CLREXMD
