Opting Out of Arbitration

First of all, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your post! You saved me! I read a lot of posts tryimg to decode whether or not I wanted to take a chance on this. Your post is what made my decision to not even mess with this a 100 percent. I am in a similar situation with my health and finances almost to a T. I can't thank you enough,

After reading all the fine print which was a whole lot of fine print I'm talking way too much fine print, i knew it was a red flag because it was so much over kill. I then decided to look them up and then thankfully i found your post.

I am wondering if you opted out of arbitration? You can opt out but it must be done no later than 30 days from signing up. If you pted out you could start a class action lawsuit. I was already determined that if I joined this circus I would opt out and use it to twist their arm back to make sure they fulfilled their obligation and promises. They are deathly afraid of a class action lawsuit. I could tell because of all the over kill stipulations regarding wanting arbiteration only on their terms and conditions. I was taken back by how much they outlined regarding what they are only willing to pay if there is a problem. They even gave a specific dollar amount of what they are willing to pay Too! I have never seen this. Please check out their terms and conditions for recourse please!

The last thing they want is a class action lawsuit. They have been sued so many times that they explain their process before even signing up in gra t detail Please tell me you opted out of arbitration. Even if you didn't please check the terms and conditions and don't let them get away with this!,

All of you who went to this circus and wound up fulfilling your end of the bargain Unite Please! Organizations and individuals are robbing people on the Internet and to me its as good as if they reached in and took money from you directly out of your pocket becuase you earned this! . It's as good as an employer saying, "Screw You" after the work is done!

We know who they pray on. US! Stand up and be counted because you matter!,

I was solicited by Reward Zone USA while online. Their ad told me I'd been selected to test the IPhone 7 before it went on the market. As my reward, I would receive an iPhone 6, however I'd also need to complete a survey and that a purchase was required. I read about the purchase in the fine print. I answered several questions and then was presented with options of trial products that only required shipping and handling fees. I selected a product I frequently use, entered my card number and received my confirmation via email. I was booted off the site, not allowed to complete the survey and worst of all they have my credit card number! I sent an email and told them I wanted a response to this solution by today, 8/17/15. Of course, I've heard nothing from them. In my email I told them about my chronic illness, the fact that I'm physically disabled and that I'd take legal action if I didn't get a response in a timely manner. I'll only take legal action if I don't receive my product for which I paid shipping & handling for, or if there's any fraud with my credit card. I'm also going to report this to several other agencies and my credit card company. They can't get much if they attempt to commit credit card fraud, the card I used had little more on it than the amount to cover the shipping fees.

RewardUsa

I would like to thank the people that complained about rewardusa and that the amazing prize I won was a scam. Obviously it seemed too good to be true in the first place. This stupid ad keeps popping up. Any suggestions on how to block the pop-up?

RewardsZone USA Scam

I've just gotten three calls from Rewards Zone USA. I couldn't remember who they were, but I remember signing up for the iPhone 6. I filled out the survey and they kept asking same survey questions. I didn't give any card numbers out, if I remember correctly. Today they asked for a current Email, and what card I use. I had told my husband about this call and who they were. He's alittle upset that this has happened. I'm afraid now to open my email accounts because of a possible infections. I'm disabled and money is tight so the computer is how I can keep in touch with family and friends.

There's already a class action against them and they continue to defraud as many people as they can. This is so very sad. I hope outscam posts my review with the class action e-mail information. There's a New York attorney filing a case next week for sure.

The first time taked to them they said they will remove my information out of their database it stopped for a month now it is a constant thing everyday. Everyday they tracking my phone it's very annoying now I have to get a lawyer so they will stop tracking my phone.

Worked like a charm!

I see all these bad reviews and feel obligated to add my own experience. In about 30 minutes I finished signing up for the required number of free and cheap trials, in total spending $3. That was it. I sent them my identification info, address confirmation, claimed my prize, and now 3 weeks later I am holding a gift card with $1000 on it! I know some people had to hassle them a bit to get it to work out, but this was honestly one of my easiest online interactions. No virus, no identity theft, just money and some Dr. Seuss books! Just don't forget to cancel all your subscriptions before you get charged. Also you DO need to claim this on your taxes.

Too Lie like a hooker

You should read the fine print before you lie about how easy it is to get the $1000 amazon/Walmart/ or iphoneX Tier 2 prize.

It clearly states :

Tier 2 incentives with a value of more than $100, You must complete 1 Silver, 1 Gold, and 8 Platinum offers.

You describe their bait of only needing a few offers, describing tier 1 prizes.

And if you were happy as pie, and it was so easy, why are you searching scam alert sites?

Shouldn’t you be running around to everyone you know having this great deal shipped to as many friends you can, for a cut?

Oh, of course your friends wouldn’t let you come near there computer, or give you their email, or phone number.

I suggest you keep trying to get that job at your local fast food resteraunt, or maybe get an education.

To all you people that are even considering this line of BS. You are prime targets for these people, and All the Indian call centers spoofing your phone.

Not a Liar

He is not lying i did it too, i filled out the offers and all the necessary info. Spent 7 dollars on platinum and gold offers and then canceled my credit card 3 days later because it was almost impossible to cancel all the membership offers and they will charge your card after your week long trial at the full amount. The offers are not rewardzone but advertisement links given to them by the companies you sign up with. All charges and additional item cost are in the fine print. It is a game that you are playing and you can win it, some people just do not know what they are doing on the internet. After 3 weeks i received a $1000 visa gift card from Omni cards and spent it all. I gotta say i was skeptical as hell because this was my first time doing something like that, but it sure as heck paid off spending 7 dollars and a couple hours of my time.

I was looking stuff up online on Google than a popup screen appeared. It said congrualtion you are one of the 10 Apple user to win an give away item (USA only). I hit continue and it made me answer 4 question about Google I got them all correct so I was able to recieve my give away, which was an iPhone 6s. It was asking information and to go to varies websites to complete so I could receive. First one ask for email address than it took me to policy terms and I went from the website form there (www.rewardzoneusa.com). Once I hit that website it said error your country is banned from this website.

Let me start out by saying that I have been a party in several collective action lawsuits which resulted in about $500K in damages being awarded to plaintiffs and I am prepared to do it again despite the inordinate amount of time that it will cost me. I opted out of the Reward Zone agreement to remediate problems outside of the legal system so that, if necessary, I could be unhindered in starting a collective action lawsuit to obtain rightfully owed monies. I will need just one other person similarly situated to initiate and certify the collective action lawsuit.

One type of damages that will be sought are for the unauthorized sale of contact information which has resulted in relentless solicitations from 3rd parties. The other losses and damags sought will be based on Reward Zone's failure to fulfill its agreement. Reward Zone patternistically attempted to argue that I had failed to perform some portion of the program.

If you are owed a prize or if you were prevented from completing the stipulations for a prize because of Reward Zone's failure to reply to your efforts to contact them, then contact me.

Fortunately for us there are plenty of attorneys that love collective action lawsuits-they can make the attorneys a TON of money. Don't be deceived though-the suit will not generate a substantial gain for any one person. It will generate a HUGE cost to Reward Zone though.

One last thought: I am seeking to list Apple, ABC Mouse, Amora Coffee, etc. as defendants since they are utilizing Reward Zone as a marketing partner despite beng notified of Reward Zone's fraudulent practices. This should encourage the parties to settle quickly and fairly.

Claimed that I would receive a $1000 gift card once I completed the requirements. Well I completed more than the required amount of incentives and have been contacting them for three weeks but have not heard anything back from them. This is very unfair and they should not be allowed to get away with this.

I have completed all my required sign ups and they show up as completed on the reward USA page. I have submitted the form to claim my incentive on the sight. All I get is a pop up page saying thank you. I have not gotten any email response from them. I have repeatedly submitted inquires through the customer service page asking why, but have not received any response. The companies terms of service page states Once we have verified that you completed the requisite offers, we will send you a claim form via email or USPS if you prefer. Currently we use Adobe EchoSign to send our claim forms. Follow the instructions on the Claim Form. I would like reward zone USA to email me or snail mail me that form, or at least email me to let me know the reason for delay.

RewardZoneUsa contacted me through my email. They said I was eligible for a 1000$ visa legitimately if I completed the incentive offers. I completed all of the requirements and then some I even completed extra incentives so I could for sure be able to claim it. So when I went to claim my reward 1000$ visa I haven't been able to reach them. When I went to check the incentive status it doesn't show any of the big important requirements that I completed that I literally had to pay for on my credit card and had to go all the way through with memberships. Now that it is getting close to the deadline for claiming it they won't acknowledge or respond to me at all. I am unable to reach any kind of support or customer service of any kind like there isn't even any real business at all. I am not entirely even sure that they are a real business.

I got my gift card with no problems

Just like another reviewer, I did everything I was supposed to and didn't get sidetracked following the random surveys that may throw some people off. I got my $1000 visa gift card easily and quickly, canceled all of the things I signed up for (except Disney Movie Club because I wanted it anyway.) Here I am with an extra $1000 and after it worked my mom and sister both did it too. It is legit, you just have to pay attention and read the directions carefully.

How did you get 3 incentives at one address?

Rules say

Incentives are limited to one incentive of any kind per household (persons living at the same address must wait 24 calendar months after you claim a Tier 2 incentive before another incentive from that address can Ben claimed.

And why are you running around to all the fraud alert sites gloirifying the shady company.

The damage has been done Stop now

The offer will change to needing 8 platinum deals after you complete the current requirements.

They (somehow legally) now have your Name, address, CCD, IP, and Router, and computers details, phone , email(s), and more.

They state that they will not remove your info from their data cloud, but will quit selling it to 3rd parties at your requesting that here:

1. send a request for them to not give 3rd parties your info ( unfortunately they have already sold your info to more than 100 “entities”. Using this form: also make sure you manually add https if the link resorts to HTTP: They probably have 100s of listening 3rd parties grabbing non secured data I. Forms

https://contact.rewardzoneusa.com/contact.aspx

Second. Return to

http://contact.rewardzoneusa.com/contact.aspx

And just click the unsubscribe link at the top of the form.

I got a called today from them and after telling me that I had won at sweepstakes and that I had a free gift and this and that they started asking me for my card number, I immediately got suspicious because first, I don't remember EVER entering their website or anything related to it and also, I do not want any more monthly subscriptions, I already have many as it is. Second, I went online and saw nothing but even more suspicious reviews about them. Bottom line, I did not give my credit card info and I just tried to be very polite and hung up. Reward Zone USA said that if I completed all their offers, I would receive a $1000 Amazon Gift Card. (They took over my computer screen to say this--I did NOT seek them out.) I have completed all the offers required by Reward Zone--even more than required but it is not showing up on Reward Zone Completed Deals page.

It says I need another platinum deal to complete, but in addition to those listed as completed, I have also completed: BPerx, and Fingerhut,--and others: Arca Max, Bubbly Belle, AARP, Lifepoints, Inbox Dollars, 4Ocean, and Fingerhut. None of these show up. It has been over 2 weeks since I have completed these offers.

I gave the reward status page over one week to show everything up. (They say to give 5 days.) Then, I've contacted Reward Zone 3 times, since November 30. Their website says they will reply w/in 3 days. I've heard nothing. T

o earn the completed deals status, I have spent money on Dr. Suess books (Early Moments), Hulu.com, ESPN, AARP, Deck of Scarlet, Bubbly Belle and signed up for numerous other recurring charge offers.

I got my award, They are definatly a big time spammer selling everything you put into it

I got my reward $400 with no real issues. I see all of the complaints people put but a lot of them are because you weren't handling things correctly. First off when you sign up for the stuff create a bogus email (its free) and use it. Also get a credit card you don't care about such as a prepaid card (not sure if that will work) or a secured card or just use a spare one you have. Also its would be a good idea to go and buy a cheap prepaid phone. just make sure everything is basically disposable. once you signed up for this offers keep going back day after day until you've completed every offer it took me 5 days for everything to show up. once its completed don't cancel anything, ignore the email (except to look for the award) cancel the card or lock it (whatever), and ignore the phone. and in a few weeks you'll get the reward.

I started going to rewardzoneusa.com back in 2015 and have had great success when it comes to online incentive programs. It was their great program that got me to return this year to earn another incentive. This time however the experience has not been pleasurable at all. First off the response time of the customer support staff could take days. With only an email address to reach out to them it makes it hard to get the information you may need in a timely manor. This time around my incentive was a $1000 amazon gift card which would require me to take part in 12 total offers to be eligible. Not all of them required you to spend any mobey but at least half of them I did have some sort of financial obligation. What I noticed is that the communication was decent up until I completed the last few offers and began inquiring about the forms I needed to claim my incentive.

That is when the communication was gone. I knew the process so I knoew that thgre were formas and documents I would need to send to claim my incentive and needed it. For almost a month I emailed the customer support staff once a day from may 2nd -June 12 and never recieced a response. On the 12th of June I got an email claiming they tried emailing me the forms but they were returned and that they emailed a second time and I never responded. They said I passed the deadline and I would lose the incentive due to my lack of response. The thing is that I never got any such emails from them at all and was able to catch time being dishonest to me telling me the date they sent me the forms to be signed. I knew this because I did get an email from them on that date hoever it was to inform me that my participation was being reviewed for approval and it would take 5-7 business day after that to get my claim forms. They claimed that email was the forms I need.

I did speak to the support staff through emaile several times with no response. I got a reply from them the same day I filed though BBB which was almost 2 weeks later. I was told they would give me an extention of one week to complete the documents and send them in. Immeditely I sent them a copy of my ID and Proof of address. The final form needed to be notarized and mailed to them.I got a couple emails back telling me what I needed to fix or change and well as reminding me of the Claim form. The following I went to fedex and had the form notarized and sent overnight to RewardZoneusa. The following day I checked theFEDEX tracking and ir had been delivered to the address. I emailed again to get confirmation of the form and find out the next step to claim the incentive and once again I am being ignored by the company. Its now been another week and still not one email from the company regarding my claim form or incentive status

  • May 22, 2018

On May 17th 2018, I was contacted via email by RewardZone USA LLC offering a $1,000 Amazon.com gift card if I completed a survey and an incentive offer. I signed up for it and I completed the survey, I think it was maybe two or three surveys I'm not sure, but the fine print and everything flipped off the page so quickly and redirected me to another page that I halted and went to Red Zone USA's website to look at their policy. As I was on my phone I was able to open multiple pages at one time. So I went back to the offer and completed the Fingerhut option for a catalog as The Silver option. Once I got on the Fingerhut's website they asked if I would like to make application for a Fingerhut credit plan.

I did so and I thought that after I had completed the application process I would be redirected back to RewardZone USA to complete the process. But that was not the case, so, I contacted them via email at their info.rewardzoneusa.com email address. I received a response email thereafter in my junk email stating their rhetoric about their policy and that they did not have my name even listed in their database. I clicked the hypertext to their member's database and typed in my email address. It was not. Valid in the system. Somehow they used this scam to direct me to Fingerhut. But I am not daunted nor will I faint. They will compensate me for my time and frustration.

My name is Stacy Keifert I was shopping online and was interrupted with a page stating that I have a 1000 Amazon gift card for me and it was expiring soon click here to get it so I clicked To find out what this meant, I have been Sent emails from this company Stating the same thing and again I did purchase one of the offers needed to receive my reward . Which I never got! This company has taken up so much of my time with promising me gift cards for signing up for one of the offers which has cost me now over 150.00 . I responded to the most recent message due to the way it was sent, this was the first time I was interrupted with message Stating my 1000 Amazon gift card is waiting . So I followed the same format and again ended with a last requirement to get one of the following offers, so I got a work out application for 99.00 once payment was completed I was not sent back to receive my card it just ended. I thank you for your support and look forward to hearing from you. Stacy

After completing a survey to create a profile, the Platinum deals required to earn my reward don't match my profile. For example, my submission stated employed full time, excellent credit, no health/weight concerns, no children, no pets, etc. Examples of deals I can choose from are for resume writing, poor credit assistance, weightloss aids, children's books and pet supplies. To earn my desired reward, 8 Platinum deals are required. Only 4 match my profile and 2 of the links to those have tech issues (meaning, I can't complete sign up). In order to earn my reward, I must sign up for offers I can't use myself. Also, please be advised that a customer service rep for at least one merchant (LifeLock) claims to not be aware of RewardZone USA and could not find any info on a partnership.

Okay let me get this straight. You guys can offer a prize for spinning a wheel and then switch it to a reward for doing some offers that you guys have to offer on a survey platform internet whatever you guys do for clicking your information for these businesses. See what I get to illegal is that we spun that little prize wheel and won the prize whatever it maybe for my instance it was $1,000 prepaid Visa card. Now the offer you made me was the spin the wheel and win a prize. It's called bait and switch and it's illegal. I want to know why I have to put in more work to receive a reward when it was already my my prize for spinning the wheel.

That is a federal law internal outweighs state law. Now I have 500 people in my local area what not wasn't in a hundred mile radius of my location all signed a petition to have the businesses you represent and yourself but to a superior court judge I wish you have ripped off yourself. So before I take this vacation in that I got on paper so there's no electronic file on it they're all handwritten signatures all willing to stand up against you guys and make sure you can't do this to any more people. Now I've been getting offers from you guys since 2014 the last year-and-a-half I've been screenshotting and recording and Video in and geotagging everything. And so has about has two signatures I got on here.

You know what's going to make this a killer in court is that you don't know that all 500 of the signatures have spent money on when your offers to get the reward if you guys offered as a prize in the first place on your website. Or I can send you copy of Genie 500 signatures and you can make all these prizes that we have one and not had to work for reimburse the money that they spent and give us a price that we made that spin on the wheel or however you offered up our prize not the reward. So how you guys don't believe you're not scamming people is beyond me so it's up to you hit me back you got all my information let me know what you want to do cuz I don't think the business is that you represent I didn't you happy about having to be subpoenaed to court. In regards they just comfortable customer or Prize winner Flash victim

Reward Zone USA LLC is a scam you are supposed to pay 3rd party offers in order to receive a $1,000 to a $100 gift card that the offer but they do not honor the gift cards won't send you one they won't contact you they won't email you they don't even have a phone number in fact if you find the phone number and call it the phone number says we are not accepting calls at this phone number anymore. This company is a straight up scam don't be duped by them. They won't give you the gift cards they advertise but there are other honest gift card companies out there. This one however is not one of those. So please do not get suckered in and do not purchase anything from them. If you do get a refund as soon as you can. I did use a credit card to do a few of the offers thinking it was legit but none of the other offers showed up. So it is not a legit gift card give away do not waste your time on these.

I'm reporting the company Reward Zone USA for emailing me a false misleading offer in which included $1000 Citibank Prepaid Card if I gained 100 pts starting with answering surveys for 60 pts and the last 40 pts required me to use my debit card to purchase an item. It seemed so promising until I purchased the item without any confirmation of my reward. After I purchased the item for what was supposingly had been for the final 40 pts, it sent me back the start over with the surveys. The trick was the have me keep using my card in which locked me in to a membership with the company I bought the item from. The company would be allowed to swipe my card every month without my knowledge. I'm very disappointed and would like for Reward Zone USA to reward me my $1000 Citibank Prepaid Debit Card.

I completed al the necessary steps and printed my confirmations to receive a $1000 reward from this company. I have yet to hear back from them the first time I contacted them I was told I completed some but not all offers which was a LIE. So I waited until all the completed offers showed up on Rewards Zone USA's website and contacted them again and this time I was told I did not complete any offers. I printed out all my confirmation pages for the offers I completed. I think it is really unfair to false advertise prizes and I will be reaching out to a lawyer for additional assistance.

Rewardzoneusa promised me a $1000 gift card if I purchased 10 items or services...which I did. I used my debit card but never received my gift card. When I called them they have NO ONE MANNING THEIR PHONES. I left several voicemails and emails with no response. They owe me a $1000 giftcard. Jeffrey Los Angeles Ca.

This was a scam from the start. They said I was the 1000 Safari customer. I was entitled to a $1000 gift card. Made me answer many questions. I got nothing in return. Couldn't contact them.

Waiting on reward

So far I haven't had any problems with Reward Zone USA. I completed the 100 points and now I received an email from Maggie stating my gift card will be mailed to me within 3- 4 weeks. Also when I completed all the requirements it showed everything I had signed up for except one platinum. I emailed the company and Maggie emailed me promptly. All I had to do was send the confirmation that the company I signed up for sent me. As soon as I emailed Maggie the information she emailed me back that all I had to do was submit a form with proof of who I am. I emailed her everything that was requested which was only my name and address and the rest is history! Hopefully I can come back on this website in 3 weeks and let everyone know if I received the 1000.00 Wal-Mart gift card!

Still waiting

Have you gotten your reward yet? I completed mine about the same time as you, and also got an email from Maggie and sent in all my info. However I never received my gift card - it was Nov 1 that I got my confirmation email that I completed all the offers.

Too dangerous

Even after I signed up for some of these things, which I do have to pay monthly payments for, (I canceled them right away.) It still wouldnt give me the iphone 6s I asked for. It was stuck asking me over and over again to pay these monthly payments. You are supposed to get one hundred credits. It stopped at sixty, then kept on asking me to pay more monthly fees. In the end I probably have a bunch of viruses and no phone. Thanks.

Using my email address, slightly changed, to send email ads to me

This person, company, whoever they are, has been sending me ads that look like they come from my own email address, but they have put a "." or a space before or after. I don't even want to unsubscribe because I don't want them to know this is a valid address (almost). RewardZoneUsa is the name for the opt-out of getting their emails. I googled this, and it's a scam. I don't know how to get rid of them.
