Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with this company. There are a couple reasons. The primary reason is that the software offers very limited functionality for the price. There are SEVERAL alternative better review platforms available for much lower costs and without the CONTRACTS!!

Which brings me to my next major complaint, and that is when I tried to cancel, they would not let me. I attempted to cancel about 2 days or so after they re-billed me and they said I needed to cancel 2 days prior to that date and they already billed me $1999 automatically and RENEWED my annual *contract*, based on an evergreen clause in their "General Use/Subscription Agreement". So basically, they would not cancel or refund me and I'd have to wait until next year, even though I hadn't used the software for months prior. I think this is just bad business practice!

They NEVER told me at any point that this annual subscription would renew the CONTRACT automatically. I never received a reminder, nor invoice, (although they claim to have sent one). They said I should have more closely read their General Use Agreement, where I would have found a link to their Subscriber Agreement, which basically includes an evergreen clause which bounds me to a contract with them... and since I accepted their annual offer because of the discount, what I didn't realize I was accepting was an auto-renewing annual contract. I guess the joke was on me for accepting that offer... because now I'm out $1999.

BUYER BEWARE!!! READ THE AGREEMENT VERY CAREFULLY, or you too may be forced to stay with a software you no longer use, nor find useful like me. They made ZERO attempts to remind me of any upcoming contract renewal like every other company I do business with! Nor did they tell me I was entering an annual CONTRACT. In my opinion, they hope you forget to cancel before the annual renewal so they can trap you into the contract with no way out.

I have to say in the end, being FORCED to pay a company that you have stopped using months ago doesn't feel good. It gives me very NEGATIVE feelings towards this company and I don't feel it's right to do that to your customers.

It would appear, laws are being made to protect people from these types of poor business practices, such as the example below:

California Business and Professions Code ยง 17600 et seq., imposes a series of requirements on businesses that make available automatic-renewal or continuous-service programs to California customers. First, the company must present the automatic-renewal terms in a "clear and conspicuous" manner in visual or temporal proximity near a request for consent to the offer. Second, the company has to obtain affirmative consent before charging a customer's account. Third, the company must provide an acknowledgment that includes the automatic-renewal terms, cancellation policy and information regarding how to cancel the subscription in a manner that is capable of being retained by the consumer. The statute also includes requirements for providing an easy-to-use mechanism for cancellations and for giving additional "clear and conspicuous" notice if there is a material change to the automatic-renewal terms after a customer has accepted.

These practices are ILLEGAL in many states for that reason, unfortunately, they are still LEGAL for Business to Business, which allows them to get away with it.

I have not had this experience with any other company I have worked with and any other company who has annually renewing contracts always provides notice and has me sign something to agree to it, unfortunately, I can't say the same for ReviewJump/RevenueJump, so for now, it is UP TO YOU TO READ the contract carefully, EVERY LINK, and EVERY agreement that appears ANYWHERE on their site. Don't expect them to tell you about it until your credit card has been billed and you're trapped forever.

So in the end, I would **NEVER** recommend this company to ANYONE for the above reasons.
