I was looking for a job. I was filling out a lot of forms, profile information and i wanted a way to speed things up. I found resume rabbit Https://www.Resumerabbit.com/) online and it said they could help auto submit my resume to 80+ sites. I paid for the service which was about $40.00 dollars.

Well, they do submit your resume, and if you buy thier service you will start to get confirmation emails. How it really works is this:

You start getting emails of confirmation.

Problem: the emails are not in your email address, they are in an email address that resume rabbit creates for you so, you have to log into thier site

Find the site listed, and view the login information for that site. After going to that site and loggin in, you will sometimes find "no resume"

Another thing is sometimes your resume will be bunched up text with no formattings.

Third, is a site i went to my virus scan warned me it had a virus. So, after you have to log in to each site, change your email and password to something that is rememberable to you. Also, upload a newer, properly formatted resume, because resume rabbit parses your resume and changes your email address to the one they created for you, ensuring you will have to go to thier site.

They also take your phone number out of the email or parse it as well and so no one is going to be able to calll you directly. Then, the fun begins. You will start to get massively spammed by tens to hundreds of emails a day. Soooo, you now get to start unsubscribing to alll the emails you are getting. What time you saved in profile/resume submissions are now spent unsubscribing and going to sites to cancel accounts.

Resume rabbit is a horrible servie, sooo horrible that this is the first time i have been so angry about a service i decided to create an account at Yscam to report a sketchy service like resume rabbit.

Thanks,

Being jobless, looking for work, was diredcted to their site to fill out name, adress, phone number and resume information.

I was applying for a specific position. After entering all my personal information, electing to apply, bam!

They want money to put my resume out on line for me. Not.

I did not pay, but am now worried what they will do with my persoanl information.

I believe its part of some kind of marketing scam.

This is the worst job search company ever! They take your money to review your resume and post it. $39.95. They never provide a resume rewrite that you can figure out how to access on their website. Additionally, the jobs they send you are the very same jobs that are available for free online on multiple sites! They only allow comments to the company if you can provide the correct username and password, none of which ever is correct!!!! This is a total rip off.

Resume Rabbit does exactly what they advertise! I used their service 20 years ago and get up to 30 calls a day from using resume rabbit so long ago.

One liberal poster brought up race. Race has NOTHING to do with this. One poster brought up quotas, stating that white males get preferrence... This is simply WRONG.

There are quotas for women and minorities, this is a fact. Working in the Industry for well over 20 years it is easy to see that if you are a woman and a mionority you have the greatest chance of getting a job in Management, Sales, or Corporate Trainer jobs.

There are more Minorities in High Tech than white males by a LONG SHOT.

GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT. I am not complaining about this, educated people from Asia who are qualified do well in this industry. I do wish that Americans in America were given first shot at American jobs, this would be fair, but it is not how the laws work about Equal Opportunity work. Employers love to hire Foreigners because they will work for less, so they take jobs away in america... These are the facts. Please stop playing the race card. The entitled people are not white males.

Melisa wrote in a reply to the complaint:

"Q. What is your money back guarantee?

A. Our 100% Money-Back Guarantee: We guarantee your resume and job requirements will be posted to the list of job sites under each category you selected on our website, within 72 hours of submitting your order. If you can point out how we failed to perform as guaranteed, we'll give you 100% of your money back.

We've fulfilled our guarantee and done all the work of posting your resume. I am unable to process a refund for you."

I had wanted "Telecommute: Data Etnry or Typing". It was not 72 hours before I submitted the complaint. I tried calling, but they never answer.

This came from one of their job mail:
