ITS just a name change its still the same crooks. .....
Please do not be fooled. in 2012 i met a man named craig brown. He represented first that he was a chapter 11 expert to regorganize and allow (for a large fee) a person or company to avoid chapter 11 bankruptcy because he was an expert at bringing banks and other companies to the table . I paid Mr. Craig Brown a large fee and in return i got nothing of any value. False promises and he greatly damaged my financial situation from which i am still recovering.
Mr.Brown was introduced to me by another sham person Atty James P.Wohl. Mr.Wohl called me twice insisting that i meet with his Friend Mr. Brown. I did finally and Mr.Brown made many promises concerning his abilities to work out solutions with banks and other companies. All of it false. He is a failed executive just trying to live off scamming others in conjunction with his other associates James P.Wohl and an attorney Mr.Corcovolas in Manhattan beach. Once they have recieved their referral and deposits from the client they are on to the next victim. Now this new name change but its still the same fraudsters pulling the same scam. taking large fees and making false promises and then delivering nothing.
I will never forget how James p.Wohl lied to me then Mr. Craig brown and then Mr.Corcovolas taking large retainers , providing false accounting for these monies and then gone.
Restructuring ADvisory Group is just a new name for these scammers to scam more people like me. new website but all the same false information. Dont buy it.
