Look Out Folks!!!!! This company is out to scam you in a hurry. I've been under the usumption that they would save me money and they almost tripled my rate. Well I caught up to them this morning and here I am giving them some old fasioned KARMA. Thank God for Comed because Residents Energy is nothing short of Conartists.
Residents Energy LLC is a despicable company that scams people and steals money from them. Their agent misrepresented and lied to me when offering the service. He said that we were overpaying for the energy (gas and electric) and that they would have made our bills lower by offering the same services for much lower prices. Sadly for me I switched to them and found much later (about 2 months ago) that we were cheated. The reason for my late reaction and not following through the arrangement with Residents Energy LLC was my health. I had a serious surgery and for more than 6 months was pretty much unable to follow my home's duties. I found several weeks ago that since I switched my previous suppliers of gas (PSE&G) and electric (Rockland Electric Co) I actually was paying more, which was the opposite of what the representative Mr. Allen Frances from Residents Energy LLC claimed when signing me in. I actually lost hundreds of dollars. These sales tactics are deceiving and not acceptable, they steal money from the customers, and I would be willing to participate in class action suit and fully prosecute the company with all possible means. Residents Energy MUST BE STOPPED & CHECKED FOR SCAMMING.
