I was contacted by Jack Delduca from Reserve Data LLC. He had me believing at first he was the owner, all until the scam ufolded. He ranted about TCPA Compliant data that was to be coming in daily at a great low price. We are brokers and we announced to the world this phenomenal deal. We made several sales in just a matter of 2 days. One by one each customer called us back telling us the data was fake not one number was real and of course if a number did work the person on the other end was not the person on the form and had no interest in said products that RESERVE DATA LLC claimed they inquireda about THAT DAY!
The data is completley manufactured. To point our some of the types of data and in my opinon one of the first red flags is their Student loan data had clients as old as 76 and the majority of the fake data had ages of 45-65, for student debt! The agent Jack Delduca told me that he could teach me how to beat PAYPAL CHARGEBACKS, I didnt understand at the time why he was saying that to me but now I understand clearly. I told him we didn't take paypal and we dont' get chargebacks we always rectify anything that didn't make a customer happy. Well in this case there was no way to make any of the customers happy as all the data was completely fake!
I intend to let federal authorities know about their fake TCPA Compliant data and get these guys shut down. I've had to fight w PAYPAL and my Bank for months now to keep getting the fees reversed and they keep fighting back. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W RESERVE DATA LLC THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!
Jack Del Duca was contacted to provide Debt Settlement Data for a Predictive Dialer. I asked about 250k 0-14 day old opt-ins at which time he asked me if I wanted Social Security numbers with them. I told him, what the heck... you're not allowed to sell SS Numbers at which time he advised he does it all the time. So, he sends me 320k or so WITH the last four digits of the SSN.
We load them into the dialer, incur the expense of the calls, employees and dialer time. Last provider of data we're generating 1 client per 12transfers with an average cost per transfer of ~ $2.50 with 45 to 85 day old data. With the new data the ONLY transfers coming across were people saying THEY HAVE NO DEBT and they don't know why they're being called.
I advised Jack Del Duca and he kindly offered to send be 72 hr old data. He sent aprrox 120,000 records. This was replacement data. We loaded it and CPT was THROUGH THE ROOF. We dialed at all different times of the day. The calls that did come in were people SCREAMING to be put on the DNC and that they never went to a website to request to be contacted.
So, before any of his shills start an internet and email barrage and say OH, it's the salesreps fault we know Jack and his data is the best. I have the Disposition reports and every recording of every transfer where the poor soul that Jacks selling their name and phone number pleads to be put on a DNC and says they DO NOT HAVE ANY DEBT.
I have all required documentation, skype messages and emails where Mr Del Duca asks if I want to buy Social Security Numbers. Above ALL ELSE NOT ONE transfer from the data purchased from ReserveData was in fact any good. NOT ONE TRANSFER HAD DEBT to Settle. this isn't a list management issue, it isn't a poor salesmans ability to close issue IT IS however, a BAD DATA ISSUE.
Therefore I am making this claim. Do not buy from ReserveData, LLC. The data is BOGUS. You can be the BEST debt Negotiator, BUT the person has to have debt to be negotiated before they can become a client.
