I filed a support ticket the day before renewal mentioning that I could not find a way to cancel my contract, they replied, however, I still could not.
On the day of renewal, the company resellerpanel.com still renewed the contract and charged $29.95 even knowing that I wanted to cancel.
I opened a ticket requesting a refund a refund and according to support they do NOT refund because of their TOS. Funny, I have been dealing with 1and1.com for 10 years, they NEVER gave me such a bogus story.
This ResellerPanel.com and their Parent company LiquidNet Ltd. 13 Craigleith, 7 Kersfield Road Putney, London, SW15 3HN Company No. 04654498 +44-20-3695-1294 United Kingdom is a real scam. The main problem is their support department. They have an address in London UK but they have actually located a 3rd world country Bulgaria. They do not have any live support or phone support. They always humiliate their customers and they think they can just scam their customers. After they get your money they start behaving badly! They are out there to scam Americans and British people only! PEOPLE! PLEASE HELP US TO STOP THEIR SCAM! Just do not sign up with this company. You are going to be cheated for sure!
