I ordered a free trial on January 13th, 2015 and received both of them in one package in the 16th of January. I've been calling their phone number to cancel but no answer while I wait with background music. There's no one there, I've tried calling numerous times just to see his long it would take a customer service representative yo answer. Fail every time and waited over 30 minutes every time. Please help me find out who this company is because I'm scared for others and I also don't want to be charged on my credit card. My report was done on the last page please look at it. However, if my complaint was not seen then understand that Dermaology and RenueDerma have made my skin itchy and numb. Please don't use these products it's a scam as well. Their phone number leaves you on the phone for hours with elevator music yet not a human in site to help you. Please help me get my money back, thank you.
When i ordered these, they were like $5 or something, and there was nothing stated about it being a free trial. Next thing u know, they are both coming to my house again, but just thought it was a mistake on their part that they sent extra. Got it in the mail again and thought jeez, i'm gonna have to check the credit card bill to see if they've been charging me. Wasn't too concerned since the stuff was only $5, however, just saw on here that someone said they've been charging her like $100 a month!!! someone is going down!
I returned products with a letter and never heard from them. I have been charged on my credit card for products I did not order. BEWARE!!! They entice with a low cost "trial" and free shipping then start charging your credit card and sending unauthorized shipments. I have searched the web for a number for customer service and their sites aren't there. I filed a complaint with them against the Arizona Better Business Bureau and am taking action with my bank!!
