Back in Feburary 2016 I foolishly opted to order a "Free Trial" of Renue Derma cream (it's actually claimed to have Snake venom or something like that in it, but there is no snake anything in it. Which is not the reason I ordered the sample, I just wanted to try a moisturizer for my face). It was $4.95 for the 30 day trial. I got the trial, never even used it after I read something about the snake venom, I didn't want to use it. I thought nothing of it. Then 30 days later I get the same thing in the mail, I thought they made a mistake and sent me a 2nd free trial. Then just today (April 27, 2016) I got another package from them... it made me suspisious, I looked at my credit card statements (I'm a very busy person who runs several businesses/investments, I don't always check every statement I get every month every time), sure enough, they charged my card $94.57 for the last 2 months!!! I was livid!!

This company uses misleading information presented on a slick website to dupe the public into believing that they are paying for a trial bottle of skin wrinkle cream. Their marketing strategy appears to be to combine two products and offer a trial bottle of each at a drastically reduced price, ie. shipping and handling fees. The site is formulated so that the teentsy print that says you are agreeing to be charged $89 for one trial size bottle and $94 for the second trial size bottle, is not clear nor is it on the page of the main advertisement. Most people think that the shipping and handling fees will be very small and if they don't like the product, they will just not order more. WRONG! Unbeknownst to the innocent shopper trying to lose a few wrinkles, the minute you input your information for the shipping address and to pay the shipping and handling fees of the TRIAL bottles... you are now enrolled in their program and in exactly 14 days... THEIR time.. your credit card is billed at the rate of $89 and $94 plus. Then if you MISS noticing this little event... the following month you will again be billed and the exact same trial bottle size products will be shipped to you plus shipping and handling. One bottle is 30ml and the other is 1.0oz. Trying to get your account cancelled after they have billed you and you realize you've been had.. is next to impossible. The answering center sounds as if it's somewhere in India. When you DO reach a person, their accent is very hard to understand and they only read what is on their monitor. You will not be allowed to speak to a supervisor, so don't ask. However, getting to the customer service center required 3 hours and numerous hang ups and disconnects before I reached someone. The first time, the connection was so bad that I couldn't hear anything but a word or two. Then that person hung up. They will offer you a 35% refund first. Then try to guilt you into accepting that because it is YOUR fault that you didn't go to a different page to read their fine print about being enrolled. They are exact and in exactly 14 days, you will be charged the scalper price. Eventually, I did manage to get a 65% refund, but even after arguing that the product did not work for me.. ( and it did not. ) There was never an option for a refund of my money. I offered to ship the product back to them and they would not accept it. The reality is that I only used what was on the lid of the container and it took very few times before my skin was red and itchey. I stopped using the product and thought "ok.. I can't use this one either" So, I thought I was only out the shipping and handling and didn't worry about it. I tried it, it didn't work and the shipping and handling wasn't a huge price to find out. THEN.. came the bombshell when the charges hit my bank account. No way is this stuff worth that much money. It would be $1,532 per pound. I believe that gold is less expensive. That is just for one of them. The big deal here is that they will not refund your money, not all of it, not readily. So, in my book, they are a rip off company and everyone I know will be told about it. And I will post it on the internet everywhere I can because I think they do business in an unprofessional, underhanded and fraudulent manner and fully intend to rip people off for just as much as they can.

Scam And Fraudulent!

I am going through the same thing!!! However, I cannot find a phone number or email site anywhere in order to cancel this incredible rip off! Do you have one so I can get this straightened out? Seriously when I go into their links it says "site can't be reached. " I contacted the Better Business Bureau of AZ where it looks like the unauthorized shipment came from. But any help on contact information will be greatly appreciated.

This company offers free samples with the customer paying shipping for the products. I recieved the samples and 14 days after the samples were ordered, they charged the card I paid the shipping with $184.04. I did not see any information when I ordered the samples about a trial period or any additional charges, they said the information was included on the order which I saved, it is not on the order. After talking to 2 different representitives, whom I could barely understand as they had heavy Indian accents, they offered all kinds of discounts to continue the products, insisted I had agreed to these terms which I most certainly did not. They offered me a refund of $33,01. I have not any idea of what to do nom.

Do not fall for these dishonest scheme!!! They are scammers!!!! I will keep trying to get help with this, I hope I can help prevent this from happening to any one else.

Renue Derma is such a ripoff. In April, I bought the initial trial of this product. There was no instructions on how to use the product at all. As I was checking my card statement, I noticed they took money out of my account $94.7 and $89.47 without sending any more product. They did it again this month also but with product. When I questioned them about it they said I had ten days to cancel. They wont give me a refund if I send the product back. I had to cancel my card. Hopefully that will help!!

I called the company today wanting to cancel after the free trial and they informed me that the previous rep had told me to call BY May 10th. That is not true. I wrote May,11th on the info pad I was using to remind me the date! Anyway, I called today, they would not refund my money. I did get an email for the cancelation of my account and verifying my Acct #. bI read Jan's report and followed the instructions for getting my money back. I asked for verification that I had agreed to the terms and conditions of my free trial. I am waiting for a return email from. But I wanted to jump in to let you know that this company is NOT reputable!

Just verifying the company ripoff that Jan S submitted on the Renuederma company.

I experienced the exact same thing. After talking to 2 different customer service reps who just wanted to talk, which I assume is a script that they all have to follow, I received a cancellation email with my account # on it. So I used Jan's suggestions in order to have my money refunded and asked them to email me proof of my acceptance to their Term and Conditions when I ordered my "free" 30 day trial.

I am now awaiting a reply to my request!

This company is really shady and I think I will in turn, report them to the Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin!

Thank you, and I thank Jan for sharing all her accumulated knowledge on this subject!

Then it's only two filipeen woman who you can talk to and they argue with you and ar facebook pop up ad tells you pay shipping and handeling and you get a free trial bottle of the product that is on dr.oz then it comes with no paperwork or number and looks like hand cream and watery and little bit in the bottle then they charge your card $95 and so had to call the bank to see what this charge was got the number for them and they refuse to give your money back saying you signed up for a monthly membership when it never said anything like that. two filipeen woman answer and are very rude and tell you your not getting your money back. California

I was on facebook and a pop up ad came up.

Then I get this product in the mail that's watery and quarter jar of a rip off of the real product.

I then got charged on my credit card for $95.

I had to call my bank to even get the number.

They said I didn't pay attention.

I signed up automatically for a monthly membership when I didn't send it back within 14 days.

I never signed up for anything.

They where very rude and would not give me my money back.

I ordered a thirty day free trial face cream and I only had to pay five dollar shipping cost. A week later they took out two different payments one of 89 and some change and 94 and some change without it being authorized. It was supposed to be free with the option of reordering the product if we liked it. I haven't even had it a month to try before they yanked it out of my acct. I'm calling to tomorrow to cancel it but after reading all the reports people are still having problems with this ad and it looks as if nothing is being done. I hope I get good results tomorrow with them if not I will be writing to you again on this matter and hope that the rest of who ordered this product are getting the help they need. This is not right please do somthing about it. This caused a major problem to my bank acct and now I have a mess. Thankyou

They say: Clinically Proven Skin Care Technology. It claims: Risk Free. It doesn’t say: You must cancel within any time frame let alone 14 days. They do: Charge your credit card again, $94.57 NOT the original $4.95. I’m almost 60 yrs. old and know better than to do listen to this but I did. I just spent over 1 hour on the phone with this company going nowhere and ended the conversation. BUT the guy called me back! The first gal was named Tracy and the managers’ name was Robert Tyler, they had accents from another country so those names were made up for sure.

They did not want to cancel the future shipments OR refund me the extra money they took from my credit card. They kept trying to give me a voucher for further products but I kept saying NO. They tried to refund a portion of the extra money they stole from me. I said over and over again, you stole from me. I had to end the conversation a second time and hang up. I was on the line with my bank closing my credit card when an email came from these rip-off people. It said the full amount will be refunded within 3-5 days. So my banks fraud department will have something to fight with should this not be the case.

It’s a shame I had to go through all this. I’m not stupid I know about the small print, what do you do when there isn’t any? Naturally you let your guard down…

What I thought was a free trial for some skin cream for 4.95+ a 5.95charge for shipping handling turned out to be a lot more in the past three months. I called to cancel after getting a shipment that I didn't order nobody was able to take my call when I canceled it I got hung up on the third time. I called they told me I could not cancel unless I answer the questions I refused she said she couldn't cancel for me and less I answer the question how I take care of my facial cleansing .after I told her she told me that I just need more product that they would get that out to me I said no I would like to cancel over and over just repeated no no no to this woman and she told me I couldn't cancel. so I went to my bank I close my account and I am pursuing charges against. This company has charged my bank account over $600 January 8 today's date is March 17 that's a lot of money for some skin cream that I never received .some of them looks used cracked leaking never open them look like they been used before

I ordered and received a sample of this product last fall 2015. I did not like the product - RenueDerma- and cancelled the automated ship/charge. Program in November 2015. I was charged for an unauthorized shipment in January 2016, which I returned unopened. I was charged for another unauthorized shipment in February 2016, this was also returned unopened. I contacted RenueDerma at least three times, before January 2016, to make sure I would not be shipped anymore product, and was assured each time that the account was cancelled and I would not receive, or be billed for, any more RenueDerma product. RenueDerma owes me $186.00 and refuses to reimburse me for the money they have improperly withdrawn from my account. This is a huge RIP-OFF!!! Do not deal with this company!!

I'm on a fixed income, and I generally do not order online. But, this advertisement for Renue Derma: not to be confused with Renu Derma, caught me at a weak moment which I'm sure this scam based company counts on, more often than not: promoting a product that will reverse or erase signs of aging, which it did not. I was surprised to get another package from them since I did not see an autoship option and would not have opted for it, if I did. There is no viable address for this scam artist's company and there is only a non-working phone number. I'm not sure of my recourse but when I figure it out, they'd best be aware. I've reported it here and I pray this gets rectified before my checking account overdrafts.

I had a nearly identical experience with Renue Derma as the report I just read here. I signed up for a free trial of two face creams. After I got them I tried to contact them to ask about the products but I couldn't find any website / other to reach them. (I had followed a link whhile surfing the web. Low and behold 14 days later I was charged $185+ and called the number associated with the charges. Needless to say I did not get the money back but I have filed a fraud complaint with my bank. I also spoke to a person whom I could hardly understand for the accent. She would not give me her name or the address of the company.

On 11/16/15, Renue Derma shipped my jar of moisturizer for a 14 day trial period. I received the jar on 11/20/15. On 12/1/15, I called to cancel my subscription as the product made my face break out. The customer rep told me it was too late for me to cancel as the 14 day trial period was over. He stated I would be charged over $94 as the trial period begins when I order the product.

I informed the rep that I wanted to cancel my subsciption 3x. He ignored my request told me i should continue to use it. He kept telling me I had to call before 1/25/16 to cancel my subscription. He finally agreed to cancel my subscription when I asked for the name of the CEO. These sales tactics are decptive and appauling!

I too ordered samples of the two products and was only suppose to pay shipping of 4.95 and 5.95. • Nov 16, 2015

You have deceived me and I am sure many others!!!! Your add stated free samples and then you asked for shipping. The shippping was only $4.95 & $5.95 so I decided to try it. I did receive the product. During the check out process I did not see the fine print for a couple of reasons. One it was very fine print and the other it said you were sending a sample not the whole product. I received my card statement at was floored by all the charges Not only was I charged the $4.95, $5.95 but also $89.47 & $94.57.

At first I didn't realize it was a charge by Renue Derma because I was not expecting it but as I continued to read I figured it out. I went back to you're website to see what it said and got my magnifying glass and read the fine print! It said you had 30 days to return it. Even though I did not know that, you charged me before 30 days were up. you did not send any return info with the product. If you advertise you can get a sample you should send samples and not the actual product! That is false advertising any way you look at it.

I contacted Renu Derm online to get a free trial of their products. Renu Derma indicated that it would only charge for the shipping. When i received a package with their product, I assumed it was the free trial. To my surprise , there was a charge on my credit card for not only shipping but also for the product. It was almost $200. Then a few weeks later I received another package. This time I called and was told that if you sign up for the trial, they send you a shipment every month. The woman that I spoke with, employee ID 150168, tried to offer me some other products for free. I told her that I did not want anything else but no more charges and no more products. I was told to call back in December. I am calling the company again. By the way if you try to go back to the internet site, there is no way to contact them. Needless to say I am furious!

I ordered the $4 trial of Renue Derma on 10/18/2015. I called then on 10/28/2015 to cancel because it wasn't what I thought I was ordering. When I went to pay my monthly credit card payment I noticed they charged my credit card $94.57. First, when I called them to cancel the first time this woman kept trying to offer me some other nonsense also asking me to give it just 3 more days (which would've put me past the trial period) and tried to insist on talking over me, which eventually failed. When I called them yesterday regarding the deduction from my credit card, she tried to tell me that the trial period had cancelled. After chatting a bunch of crap, offering first a 50% refund, then a 75% refund, I told her I would contact the Better Business Bureau, she then told me I would get a 100% refund and waited on the line with her until I received the email. Prior to the phone call I did dispute the claim with my credit card company who issued me a temporary credit, but this was before I received the 100% refund email from Renue Derma. Don't give up when asking for your refund. They are absolute con artists to the core who I would prefer to deal face-to-face, I would've wasted less time and would have the 100% refund immediately, bypassing the 50% and 75% offer. Thieves...that's all they are.

Renue Derma advertises a 14 day supply trial size purchase option for just the cost of shipping of $4.95. No where in their ad or receipt do they indicate that an additional charge of about $95 will be automatically charged to you after 14 days. If you try to contact them they are difficult to reach on the phone, when you do, they do not acknowledge this lack of disclosure on this original product and refuse to refund the full charge that you never authorized. Do not do business with this deceitful company. I tried going back to their website to go through the process as if to order their 14 day trial size purchase deal hoping to be able to read their full purchase contract again (to copy it for my records) however it has been removed and replaced with a completely new product which reflects a statement that after 14 days you will be charged a $97 fee for your memberhip enrollment... The product pictured on their home page is no longer acknowledged as it seems to be the one in dispute for the non-disclosure of this fee.

They advertise a free jar of face cream to remove wrinkles. All you need to pay is $4.95 for shipping. No where in their add did it say anything about a 14 day subscription. After 14 days the charged my bank account another $94.57 with out sending any other products. When I saw the charge I called my bank. They gave me their phone number in Nevada. (855-300-7779), I called the company. The person I spoke to wanted to send more product. Their product isn't any good and I didn't want any more, and they would not credit my account. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told they were all busy. I never got to speak to any one else nor did I get my account credited. Completed a request for a free sample online - just shipping was the charge. They proceeded to charge shipping then a crazy amount of $97.00+ for future orders that I did not ask for. When I called to ask them to drop the charge they gave me the run around. I explained I was prepared to take them to court if necessary.

Spoke to a Wilson Mendez who refused to let me speak to a supervisor who he said was named Andy Contey.

I am waiting to see if they take off the charge. I just received an email about cancelling an order and a full refund.

I was told that I would receive a free trial if I paid the shipping. I wasn't aware that I needed to cancel at any time. The invoice that came with my trial didn't give any details or instructions. I tried the products and had a reaction to them, so did not use them and wasn't planning to order anymore. I received another shipment and was charged $94.57 and $89.47 on my bank card. I called the company and sat on hold for a good 10 minutes, then when the woman came on the line she told me, "you were suppose to cancel within 14 days of your order and you can't be refunded." She then asked me if I had read the small print... NO, where was the small print that I was suppose to read? She then said that she could cancel any future orders, but could not refund my account.

This is so wrong. A company that doesn't stand behind their products is criminal. I am a licensed esthetician and have never had a company not refund or stand behind their products. You would think they would want people to love their products and have them buy at will, not have to trick them into a sell. Shame on you!

Ordered a "free" sample, pay for shipping only. 30 days later, 2 charges appear on my credit card $89.95 & $79.95. My credit card company would not reverse this fraud. I had no choice but to close the acct. I've lost confidence in my credit card company.

In September of 2016 I noticed two charges hit my bank account for something I had never heard of. It is an account that is rarely used except for emergencies. I contacted my bank and they put a dispute in and sent me a new credit card. This company claims that these were legit charges, I've never ordered products from them nor did I receive any products. I have contacted them twice to resolve this and the person answering the phone refuses to help me or let me speak to someone that can assist me. They charged me over $185 for something I've never ordered or received and now they're unwilling to assist me. I've asked to speak to their legal department, however that doesn't seem to exist. I'm not sure this company even exists.

This company is a complete scam! Shame on them!

Using, a Dr. Oz interview with Christie Brinkley about her L'amour line of skin care. They copy the interview but replace her product with some other name. http://people.com-today.net/amore/?t202id=11125&t202kw=e_L%20Amour. I was sent Renue Derma and a bonus jar of Dermaology. If you go to: http://exfoliatingelixer.com/skin.php?gclid=CP2d0YuJqdACFcOGaQodNlgF4A you will see same ad offering Derma Fi Anti Wrinkle. I ordered from the sight because I thought I could trust Christie.
