ReNew Eye Cream Cancellation process is automated over phone. I cancelled the product 4/4/17 but still received it 5/14/17 and charged $88.10. When I called to get a refund and find out how to mail back the product the customer representative was refusing to look beyond her system which did not record my phone call on 4/14/17. She wanted to know why I didn't talk to a person. I told her I didn't have that option offered plus the recorded voice told me the automatic enrollment was cancelled so I hung up thinking this was done. I asked for a supervisor and got Jacquline. Jacquline restated that their system did not have a record of my call. I gave her all the information of my 4/14/17 call and she stated she can't see any record of call so I was still enrolled in program and why I got the product 30 days later. I explained that their phone system told me it was cancelled and I was sorry their system did not record it, but I am not making this up. She kept talking over me and then she said she was going to put me on hold for a minute. She put me on hold for quite some time, I think expecting me to just give up/hang up. I didn't. She came back on phone and offered a 30% refund and that was the best she could do. At this point, I accepted the partial refund and confirmation of the cancellation in an email. The staff at this phone number are not customer savvy and have very low level of service training. Product does not work, is expensive and this "auto renew program" is a black hole. There was nothing FREE here - AT ALL. Before I had any opportunity to use or test the product, this business had me on a monthly subscription and had already charged me full value for this and another product as well. I refused the second shipment and had the credit card company remove the charges and then banned them from making any additional charge of my credit card. These people are fraud scamsters. Don't let them determine what they will return to you. You may get stuck with the first charge but, you can refuse any additional shipments, and they will pay for the return shipment fees. I found a free offer for Renew Eye Cream on the web, but it was not made clear that taking up the offer would commit me to recieving monthly shipments for $88.00 dollars a month. I found this out out when I got the first of these unauthorised shipments.
When I called the company they refused to accept return of the products and only offered a $44.00 repayment.

As I have read your complaint against this already I see the same things happen to other people I do have ReVitalizeSkin Serum that came today not even open the box I also just received ReNew eye cream the other day that I have not even taking the seal off either! I called in June mysteriously they have no record of that and I was not smart enough to write it down called again July 8th now they take it off for further shipments but they will not refund money they've already taken $88 and change $89 and change.... basically told me nothing I can do about it!! It was an offer of a free sample for eue cream. all you pay is 4.95 for shipping. that came , 19.95 was deducted from my bank account. then they charged a 180.00 for two products I didn't order. tried to call them at an internet number and that was disconnected. looked up PO box and here I am doing this.
I followed an ad for a "free trial" eye serum and face cream and was taken to a site that said these "anti-aging" products took years off of your face....a "face lift" in a jar. The eye cream was $6.98 a 10 day sample. The face cream also a very small trial sample...$6.95.
14 days later, I have used the cream for all of 8 days, and I recieved an insufficient funds text from my bank. I found a surprise charge of $87.47 pending at my bank. I called and the rep told me the terms and conditions (which were hidden) stated that I had 10 days from the date the order was placed to cancel and return the product and get a refund. As such, the terms charge an exorbitant fee on top of the fees already charged, thus bringing the total to over $100 for these two tiny amounts of product...which I thought were free samples!!!
The representative first stated that they did not give refunds, and that the product actually costs that much, but I passed the trial date.
Then, after challenging the fact that the "terms and conditions" were hidden, and thus designed to scam people out of their hard-earned money, she offered a 35% refund.
This is clearly a very big SCAM. The product does not make you look 20 years younger. I can't see any difference, except my skin is softer from moisturizing daily, which I do not normally do. But of course, I've only been given a 10 day trial, and only about 7 to use the product.
I am disputing this fee, but from the looks of some of the other reports here, this company is calling itself by other names, charging similar fees, and ripping others off all over the U.S.
What's worse is I can't even find the original web site, nor does the company name/address or website appear on the packing slip that came with the product. This is clearly another way they avoid prosecution of scamming.
