If you are looking to use Reliable Staffing Resources LLC BEWARE...
We used this company and hired one of their workers. The worker did well the first couple days then decisded to work slowly. The worker was told to take a day off for equipment repairs and told to report to work the next day. The following day the employee didnt show to work and went into the offie lying to supervisors saying we didnt show for work and a few other lies. The problem is we had proof he was notified to take the day off and to report to work the day after.
We spoke to our account rep Alex and sent him the proof. We were told we would have another employee that next Monday to work. Crews showed up and waited one hour for their helper and no show. We call Rocky Jr. the owners son and he said he would call the office and get back to us immediately, two hours later no calls and now they are ignoring them.
We decided to check online about this company and was not shocked to see peoples comments about the company especially after they lied to us..

That’s a 16 hour window of availability, and these morons couldn’t place him in that availability.
So here’s the kicker, they give him a piece of paper that depicts Monday through Friday, 8 hour shifts. So he gets there and is told his start time is 4 PM and it’s 10 hour shifts Monday through Thursday with the possibility of doing another 10 hour shift on Friday. That would put him out at 2:30 in the morning.
2 and a half hours past his availability, which was a giant window in the first place, and he couldn’t go past 12:30 because our sitter won’t go past 12:30, which JESSICA HERRERA knew and even told him that it was 8 hour shifts and even went as far as telling him that on his first day when he had to be in at 3, he would probably be out by 11 PM since it was according to her 8 HOUR SHIFTS!
So my husband calls them the next morning to find a different position that goes with his hours. First time he calls he speaks with some guy who would “relay” the message. Never received a call back so he calls again and Jessica says that she’ll call him back shortly after she talks with the company he was working for to see if they could shorten his hours, or she would place him somewhere else.
Three hours pass and he hears nothing, so he calls them right before they close. Some other woman answers the phone and says that reliable can no longer work with him because he can’t do that position because of the shift, and that he was made aware of the shift before he started. Yet I have the paper that they gave him stating the position was Monday through Friday and 8 hour shifts. So I’ll be taking this to the attorney general. They are in the business of ripping people off. The women at the west office are liars. They tells employees they will make one amount then pays them for another.

Bad experience here, employer couldnt remember if I worked or not and Reliable withheld my pay and made me do detective work to find a guy that could verify. I NEVER had job this unorganized... and i STILL havent been paid for my work.
