This "company" takes orders over the internet and then doesn't deliver the product. Often taking YEARS to make good. But that only comes after one threatens them with legal action. There is also a Facebook page touting this company as well. It can be found here.

I would not suggest doing any business with this person. He's simply a scammer out to get your hard earned money.
I purchased $150.00 in items from this guy in March 2018. As of today 16 June 2018 all I have received is a lot of excuses as to why he has not shipped my items. This guy is NOT Reliable resins. I would suggest you NOT order anything from this site.
I ordered several resin cast model car parts from this company, Reliable Resins, on March 9th of 2017. I used Paypal for the transaction. The money was taken from my account that same day. On their page it states that the shipping time was 4-6 weeks. After 7 weeks I still had not received my order. I sent 2 e-mails to [email protected] since this was the address I recieved my order confirmation from. They never replied.
On April 28th I opened a case against them through Paypal's dispute center. They did relpy to that right away saying that they needed more time to fill the order and would send it out very soon. They also asked if I could close the Paypal case against them. Foolishly I agreed, even though I knew it would mean the case would now be cosidered closed. They also stated that any e-mails should be directed to [email protected].
On May 3rd I got 2 e-mails. One from Reliable Resins stating that the order was now considered shipped and telling me to check with Paypal for the shipment tracking number. The second e-mail was indeed from Paypal and did include the shipment tracking number but when I checked the tracking number all that came up was that a shipping lablel had been printed and the shipping company was awaiting the product.
On May 9th the tracking number still showed the same thing, just a printed shipping label. Nothing else. I sent them another e-mail. This time I was told that the order was all going out that week. It's now May 28th. Still just a printed shipping label, still no products. A quick internet search of this company shows a long list of complaints of this same type of action by this company by others who got cheated, going back years. I only wish I did a search on this company before ordering my parts.
I purchased an item from reliable resin thru paypal 9/10/16 and recieved confirmation same day I received a confirmation almost immediately and as of 11/02/16 have not received my merchandise. I made an inquiry about my order and was told i had to wait the industry standard of 4 to 6 weeks. They made me wait past the 45 day limit paypal has for filing a complaint with them.
