While online a pop-up survey that was supposed to be from my internet service provider appeared. It claimed that if i completed the survey i would be rewarded with a choice of products for the cost of shipping only.
I completed the survey and was taken to the product list. It was clear that i would only pay for shipping.
I received the products days later. My bank acct. Showed the shipping charges nov. 14.
Now being 03-dec i see new charges from the same company for $99.14 and $103.65.
I called the company and they claim that i engaged a "subscription" and because i didn't cancel within 14 days they are charging for the next order.
I didn't know there was a subscription. It was never made clear to me either on the initial page nor in the follow up confirmation of order email i received from them.
I called today and demanded a full refund. They refused and counter offered a 15% refund and then a 30% refund and finally a 100% refund if i sent back the cream.
