I am writing this report so it will benifit other people in buisness. I had a regular customer that came into my store that wanted to use his Aunt's credit card from another state. She had given him her credit card number,expiration date and 3-diget security code on the back of the card. I was leary at first to let him do this, but his Aunt called me and said she was giving him permission to use her card and me permission to let him do it.
After this went on for 6 months, with her permission, her son found out about it. He did not like his mom helping her nephew out. Her son contacted her bank and they contacted Redstone, but Redstone never contacted me. They just made adjustments to my account in the amount of -$4,685.27 overnight, plus they charged me fees of $1,991.00 to do this. Total fees charged for the month was $2,328.50.
So I questioned the fee amount, and Redestone said that they could charge me any amout they wanted to. Redstone went back 6 months, to pull these charges out of my account. During each transaction, I put "Credit Card was not present" and it went through Redstone's Processing.
