Hello, I am one of the artists at redbubble.com, I represent the complaints of dozens of my friends who have depended on the Redbubble site for years. Here, I'd like to file a few complaints against the redbubble.com site, and I hope you guys can investigate them further.
My friends and I have been selling on the redbubble.com site since 2020. We have hundreds of shops across the site. However, since November 2021, I have started to feel that there are some irregularities in the site, starting with a new announcement and regulation stating that Artist Massive Payment will not be paid at the end of the year if the account is suspended (Redbubble has regulations regarding Artist Massive Payment, which means : if a store is suspended or has income below 20 USD, the store earnings that have been suspended or have income below 20 USD will still be paid at the end of the year, in December, regardless of the amount).
Well, here I have started to put some suspicions and sniff out the sneaky/scam actions from Redbubble. Here are some things that I summarized about the irresponsible actions of Redbubble from November 2022 to today, February 2023:
1. Redbubble recently announced that Artist Massive Payment will not be paid at the end of the year if the account is suspended in November, which is only one month before the Artist Massive Payment schedule. Just imagine, there are millions of stores whose money was stolen by Redbubble, from January to November. Why wasn't Redbubble announced earlier in the year? Why is this info made so suddenly? How many million USD of artist royalties have been stolen without cause by Redbubble?
2. In January 2023 until now, hundreds of my and my friends' accounts have been subject to mass suspensions for no reason, and if I file a complaint or ask about the reason for the suspension of our account to Redbubble's customer service, they will answer via robots or just stay silent without an answer . In fact, we only asked for proof and a detailed explanation from them, what were the things that I violated so that Redbubble suspended my account.
3. Redbubble pays royalties to its artists on the 16th of each month. In the last month, February 2023, some of my friends and I's accounts had income above 20 USD, which means it can be withdrawn to our personal accounts. However, on February 13, 2023, or 3 days before payments from Redbubble to us, some of our accounts were suspended for no reason, and our money was automatically forfeited. I have filed a complaint many times with Redbubble, and until now they have just ignored it.
My friends and I are really asking for your help, because we think this is a criminal act, and we also have limited funds and access to contact Redbubble directly. Thank You.
