I signed up for Realtor.com Connection for Co-Brokerage in May with the promise of 60-72 leads for the year's commitment. Supposedly, these leads are vetted, serious leads. They advertise, "Tired of sharing leads?" Well, guess what - all they'll sell you is shared leads. Varying fractions of leads, even. I'm lucky to get one per month, at which point I race to get to connect to the lead first, only to have not one of them pan out. Interestingly, each time I get really vocal with Realtor.com about my disapproval, I suddenly get several leads at once! Amazing! None of whom ever respond to my calls or emails. An example: at the same time the Ashley Madison scandal was big news, I got a lead with a strikingly similar name. Hilarious. Of course, there's no getting out of the year-long commitment, no matter how many lies the sales rep tells you. The contract may as well say, "We can say anything we want and steal your money, and you can't do a thing about it." Sign here ______. The service is a complete rip-off, and there doesn't seem to be any way to investigate it and expose it for what it is. Every agent I talk to who's signed up has a similar story. Please learn from my mistake and don't sign up!

So I signed up for realtor.com in April 2016. Signed up for the leads generation, costing me $125 for one zip code. When I first signed up, the Sales rep told me that I would be charged $125 monthly, I asked if I was obligated to stay with them for any certain length of time, he replied no, you can cancel at any time. I explained to him that I was a new full time realtor without a second income. So I did not want to be obligated to Pay for something for a long length of time if it wasn't producing any leads. He reassured me once again that NO theirs no obligation and I could cancel at any time. So after giving him my credit card info and submitting my first payment he sent me a conformation email. When I opened this email, I was confused and scared that it had a cancelation timeline, otherwise I wouldn't be able to cancel. And have to pay for 12 months. The cancelation time line was three days after signing up. I immediately called back my rep to ask him what this was about. Of course he didn't answer and called me back the next day. I told him if I can't cancel at any time, then I want to cancel now (within my 3 day) so I'm not obligated to pay for a whole year. He laughed and reassured me once again that i am being too paranoid about this and that I haven't signed anything and that I would never have any problem at all canceling at any time. And that they just say that in the email because they would prefer people to cancel within the 3 days because that's when you can get a refund for the month. I said ok and kept the service.

So a month goes by and I only got one lead, I wanted to cancel and try a different approach to marketing. I called to cancel and they told me that I couldnt because I'm past the 3 day cancelation time!!!!! WHAT!? I told the guy that my Rep had told me I could cancel at any time!! He began to tell me that they had recorded that I called back to cancel the second day and that I must have known that I had to cancel within the first three days. I was livid! I told him yes, that's the REASON I called to cancel the first time!! Anyways long story short the guy called me a liar ?? And told me that I can't cancel, I ended up blocking the transaction with my bank account. I called my lawyer and told him what was going on, we called realtor.com back to inform them that I haven't signed Anything so they can't hold me liable for this. They still have me signed up for this stupid crap- which I've only gotten one lead from and the person seems fake. Won't ever answer they're phone or emails. It's a local phone number and I can't see a real person not answering after ten phone calls and about 6 emails. Any normal person would want them to stop calling or answer to say they have already got a realtor!! Also my broker gave me two of his leads for this reason as well, he's given up trying to call these fake leads and said I could try if I wanted. Same thing!!! No reply, no answer! This site is a huge scam and waste of money! Please beware and don't do it!! Please take my advice, I don't want anyone else getting into some bs like I did!

I was told that I could cancel with this service and was not informed it was a 12 month contract. I was also informed I would receive X amount of leads per month per zip code. After two weeks and several hundred dollars charged to my credit card, no leads. When I called to find out what was the issue, I was told by the CSR that based on the zip codes I selected, it would be unlikely that any leads would come in. I was told I could get a refund but when transferred to that department I was told no refunds are issued. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was told I was not allowed.

This business completely lies in the sales process and has a terrible product offering. Do not use this business to generate any leads at any cost.

July 2015 I spoke with Ali Hosseini regarding lead opportunites via Realtor.com. The Sales Rep. indicated that zip codes in my desired area were available and for $115.00 I would receive shared leads, with this package I was guaranteed 48 leads annually with an average of 4 per month. In August I called back and added a second zip code for an additonal $100 per month, again, I was told I would received 4 leads per month per zip code on avergage with a Guaranteed 48 annually per zip code. After 2 months of not receiving anywhere near 4 leads, per zip code, per month I called Realtor.com, I was told that I need to wait a bit longer as they should start coming in, early October I called again after speaking with other agents in my office (who were voicing similar complaints) I was told I needed to speak with someone in clients servies,

I waited well over 7 days to make contact with this rep., who then stated there was nothing she could do regarding my concerns and I would need to speak with someone in a different department...I asked to be transfered and I was told that is not how they do things and I would need to wait for someone to contact me! Several days later 10/19 I received a call from a Michael Herrera who actually tried to intimidate me, he stated there was nothing he could do and he could not let me out of the "contract" which by the way I never signed and per email confirmations is called a membership rather than contract, he questioned my Ethics for calling Realtor.com out for what they are...a SCAM!

He then proceeded to ask if I have even closed any of their leads as if I was upset because I couldnt close a deal....Appauled....I informed him I closed the first lead I received from Realtor.com, that I infact close many interenet leads and was rated amongst the 1% for Trulia....how dare he question my ability when I am simply trying to receive what I paid for. After Michael made it clear he had no intentions of helping me I let him know that this best get rectified or I would start filing complaints, I can not believe this company does not have a class action lawsuit again them, and in the event someone files one, I will be joining! He then agreed to credit me for leads not received. I was told I would receive a cedit within 5-7 and that we could revisit this every 90 days, I felt that this was fair and agreed to the resolve. Fast forward 7 days, no credit,

I call Michael back who stated he sees the credit was approved but for some reason not processed, he could not give a reason why this happened but stated he would resend the request and to please allow an additonal 5 days for the credit to hit my account, fast forward 5 days and no credit, I call Michael again, this time I am irritaed and he states, once again, yes, I see it has been approved but not processed, he stated all he can do is sent another request in, I stated that is not acceptable I have been beyond patient and I want to speak to someone in that department immediatly. Michael stated that is not how they do things, he stated there is no one he can transfer me to and that I need to wait another 5-7 days. I stated that is not acceptable and I am done with Realtor.com,

cancel my "membership" and refund my money. He stated someone will call me within 24-48 hours. 1 hour later 11/3 I received a call from Sandy Price 805-557-7891 who stated "she was at the top of the food chain so to speak" she apologized and stated they are going through some changes and asked that I please stay on board and that I will be happy if I do. She promised a refund would be processed asap and that I should see the refund within 5 days....fast forward to today....suprise suprise no refund!!!!! 3 weeks of calls and no refund and to top it off I received 1 lead per zipcode for the month of October....2 leads total when I pay for 8! So that is on average $100.00 per lead I am paying.....

I would also like to point out that Realtor.com allows the Real Estate franchises to become "preferred"agents which means that large companies such as Century 21, Coldwell, Remax and so forth can pay a large sum to insure that their company leads are sent to the listing agents directly, this is a great service that the companies offer their agents, however, when in a smaller zip code such as where I purchase there are 2 main agencies and 1 of those agencies is a "preferred agency" so now you take on average 50% of the leads off the table right there, yet Realtor.com still continues to sell these zip codes to multiple agents, guaranteeing a certain number.....how is it a compnay can sell the same leads to 5-10 ppl....it is my understanding agents within my office were not receiving their guaranteed number of leads and had even called in complaining...yet they still sold me the same zip code with the same guarantee??? I wish I new this before I purchased or I would not have.....This is wrong and someone needs to stop them. They are selling a service they can not provide.

Received a call from Daniel Luirette of REALTOR.Com in Oct 2014. He discussed the amount of solid business leads I was currently receiving through my Real Estate office's lead program. Keep in mind, the market was beginning to slow down a bit so not much coming in, when he called. He convinced me that he could guarantee an average of at least 10 leads per month of serious, qualified home buyers. Solid leads! He sounded very convincing as we talked on the phone for a very long time. He claimed that with his program, home buyers would come from multiple sources rather that just my company's lead program. He offered me one of few zip code area left within my desired range, with an average median home price of $180k and he assured me that when something closer to my location opened up, he'd contact me to switch zip codes. Daniel then said he needed a credit card to start the process. But I objected and told him I wanted only to receive a monthly billing, as I do each month with other services and utilities. He agreed we could do that, but still required a credit card to bill this first month. Since I believed REALTOR.Com to be a well known and reputable company, I trusted him. Weeks later Daniel Luirette called me with a new zip code closer to my desired location, which had a slightly higher median average home price. He said he would switch my service area and credit my account for the previous zip code, but needed to bill my card once more for the new zip code. Again, REALTOR.Com - I trusted them. When I finally checked my credit card statement, I found double charges on my account for several months, but zero, zilch, nada, nothing, no services from REALTOR.Com! My only leads came from my R/E company, not REALTOR.Com! In December I called REALTOR.Com customer service to cancel this so called "service" explaining that there were no leads from REALT|OR.Com, as Daniel Luirette had promised. The customer service rep said "ok", as simple as that, leading me to believe the service was cancelled, but the charges kept appearing each month on my credit card statement for not one but two zip codes, even though Daniel Luirette assured me he was cancelling and crediting one for the other. I have also left multiple voice mails on Daniel Luirette's direct line but he has never return my calls. Mean while REALTOR.Com continues to charge my credit card for 2 service areas of absolutely no service! I called customer service again, and this time was transferred to a rude woman who told me she was one of two people who were authorized to cancel these services and was on vacation in December. She said she would review my account and call me back but I never heard from her again! Mean while, REALTOR.Com continues to charge my credit card and provide me with nothing. Realtors beware! Please don't fall for their inflated sales pitch and false promises. REALTOR.com is a scam!

In March of 2015 I got numerous emails from Realtor.com advertising specials for lead generation. One day I called and asked about the service. The gentlemen on the phone was in another country, but was a good salesman. He assured me that I would get business from their leads, and signed me up for 2 zip codes. I thought I would give it a try for 1 month (the 2 zip codes in San Francisco run almost 400 per month). 1 month passed and I received a few lead from people who never answered their phone or email. I decided I wouldn't continue the service, and called to cancel. This is when I was introduced to "the realtor.com cancellation department". There really is NO cancellation department, instead they give you the run around for hours and you never get anywhere. After calling and failing, I've continued to be billed 400 per month for the last 4 months. I have not had a sale or quality lead from realtor.com. I called to cancel again just recently, and they said when I gave my credit card the first time it was an "implied contract" for 12 months. They say the only way to cancel it is to stop working in Real Estate and turn off my MLS ID.?!?!?! So I am currently trapped in a contract I didn't sign, and they only way for me to get out is to quit my profession. when I asked to see their policies I was told "they aren't for public disclosure". FRAUD!

I was told by Peter Kapp. I would receive 20 buyer leads per month. After the first month, I only received 3 leads. I contacted customer service and requested that they cancel my service and was then advise I would not be able to cancel and I would be responsible for paying the reminder of the 6 month contract. Also, the same day of requesting a cancellation, Majidian enrolled me into the fivestreet program without my authorization. Both services will now cost me $147.00 which I do not want.

Allie Taylor, a realtor in Virginia, avoided paying rent BIG TIME causing me pain and monetary suffering. She is very good at lying and her boyfriend, also on the lease, also failed to return any calls and disappeared when we desperately needed the rent money. She told me she "forgot" to pay the rent and "thought she already paid it" and PROMISED to pay it ASAP.

This woman is a PRO at lying - she had it all figured out. When I told her I would have to file an eviction notice, (the first notice is the five-day intent to evict here in VA) she slipped and said "Oh I thought it was 30 days not five" She knows the game.

She is a pro at dodging the calls and the texts and very dishonest. All the more unethical since she is a licensed Realtor in the State of Virginia.

I do not have my PA home listed for sale, I do not have any contract, no account with realtor.com, did not give them permission to list or to show any information about it on the internet nor anywhere else. Yet, they show my home on realtor.com with totally bogus, fake description, and with an estimated price of significantly bellow what it was 2 years ago. This, despite of other homes on that street being up in price. They even have a chart that shows it as dropping sharply in price giving the impression that it is of bellow average condition and value compared to others. This is a scamming operation, there is nothing on their listing as to how to opt out of this fake advertising that they conduct. I just noticed this, and looks like they uploaded their lies recently. I don't know what they want, if this is some sort of extortion operation or what. I want them out of my home and my life and I want out of their scam. I will not pay them anything. So, now I will write, file complaints every where that I can, perhaps something will come of it. misrepresentation of property, scammers. *

BUYER BEWARE!! They are not real-time leads because it shows that the lead was "captured" hours ahead in the future. For example, I received a lead on 6/19/18 at 10:10am EDT or 7:10am PDT in my email inbox but the lead said it was "captured" i.e. when the interested borrower submitting their information on realtor.com at 6/19/18 at 2:09 PM PDT or 5:09 PM EDT, which is in the future which makes me believe that these are old leads just being recycled, definitely not real-time.

Also, for one borrower I spoke with, I called him minutes after I received the lead and he said that he had already talked to a number of people hours ago and waiting to hear back. Again, if they are real time, how could that happen if he just submitted his information?

The majority of leads received are Poor credit and/or small loan sizes and this makes me believe these are filtered. The sales person told me to filter leads to exclude specific credit scores or loans sizes, I would have to pay more. I am on a budget and $930/month is a lot of money already.

I emailed her yesterday to explain my concern, she said she would get back to me. She did not get back to me yesterday. I emailed her again with my concern and left her a voicemail this morning and requested a full refund. She called me back later and said "that's not how we operate". I said what was sold to me is real-time leads and what has been received are not real time and I want a full refund and want the account to be closed. The way they have it set up is my credit card is charged $50 anytime the account balance falls below $100. I have been charged $200 so far. This morning, I paused the account to avoid future charges.

Of the 6 leads received they break down as follows: Credit: Fair: 2, Poor: 3, Good: 1

Loan size <$90K 4; $150k range 2

When explaining this to her, she said I needed to talk to her Director. I told her I didn't want to talk to a director, I would just like a full refund and to close the account because what is being delivered is not was what she sold me on. She said she couldn't process the refund but that her manager had to do it.

The Director called me and she was in the room. The connection was bad when he said his name. I explained the situation to him and he was not listening to what I was saying and kept cutting me off and at that point I stated, "If you want to hear my side of the story, please stop cutting me off". He did and I explained the situation. He began to brag to say that "we receive 1000 leads a day and what you receive is not filtered" Then I asked why they are mainly low loan sizes or poor credit? He said that is what we have. Those two criteria make it hard to get a loan approved. I also asked why the lead is time stamped with a time in the future, he said it was from a call center and that's the time set up on their system. This brought concern to me because I felt given the situation these were old leads and the timestamp was altered to show it as "real time".

I told him that if he did not want to hear my side of the story because he kept cutting me off, then I don't have anything to say, then he hung up on me.

Also note: yesterday I received all 3 leads within 1 minute apart which again supports my theory that these are not real-time but old recycled leads.

This company is very good at selling but not delivering. They promised a specific zip code and guarantee an specific amount of leads per month and they never deliver. This company is a ripoff. If you are a Realtor and you are starting, stay away from this company.

I signed up for Realtor.com leads in 2016. To their records, 10/2016. I recall it being 2/2016. I have no written contract, this was done over the phone and I I agreed to 2 zip codes. I was promised 8 leads per month for these two zip codes. I did understand that the contract periord was for one year. After well over a year and these leads being lean and fruitless, I called to discontinue my service. I was told that they could neither verify that I had not recieved the promised number of leads, and also that they did not prmoise monthly leads, but that they promised an annual number of leads. This is not true, the phone sales person promosed me a monthly amount, to which I have not recieved. Not only that, but the leads when I did get some were not even decent or convertable leads. False information, seasonal rentals, rentals, and not able to be contacted in most cases.

When I asked to cancel my account, they told me that it had automatically renewed and that I had also agreed to that... I never recieved a renewal notice, was never aware that it would automatically renew for an additional year etc. When I stated that I would just cancel the credit card payment, they threatened to turn me in and create a lein on my credit for the unpaid balance, or more and said "you Dont want to do that" in a threatening manner, like don't go there lady or you will really regret it! The man was obviously used to recieveing such calls and complaints. I requested a copy of my "supposed" contract, and have yet to recieve it, or anything gor that matter that was worth the $300. a month that they have automatically charged me for well over a year. You have to cancel the same month you subscribe in one year contracts is what I was told. Seems totally illegal to me for anyone to be able to do this!!

DONT SIGN UP WITH THEM!!

Hello all, Realtor.com has a lot of bad, misleading infomation for the home buyers and the agents paying to advertise.

As a buyer of a mobile home you find a property and trust that a knowledgeable realtor will contat you. Wrong! Mobile homes are totally different than regular homes, townhouses, duplexes, etc. They are a cross between buying a large vehicle and renting. You retain tenancy rights like a rental buy not ownership rights like a home. This is a very specific type of sale that requires education and training NOT offered by agents and realtors that market on realtor.com and the agents you contact. They do not have a clue and will tell you up front. Sometimes they will be rude if I even get a call back.

One agent explained to me that he has never sold a mobile home and has even requested Realtor.com to stop sending people who want a mobile homes to agents who dont sell mobile homes. They said no, we make our system give you all "Home Buyer Leads" meaning they use the mobile home leads to mislead the agents thinking they will get "Home buyer" leads but instead get "Mobile Home Leads" will get X amount of buyer leads and then sign them for a 6 month contract. For example. You will get $100 leads a month if you spend $1,000 for a 6 month contract. What they don't tell you is you will get 50 mobile home buyers and 50 regular home buyers. This is very bad for everyone.

I purchased two zip codes from Realtor.com in August 2016 for $283.31 per month. The realtor.com representative stated I would receive 3-4 leads per month. In February of 2017 I contacted Realtor.com to cancel my services because I can no longer afford it. They told me I could not cancel and that my zip codes are mine for 12 months (until August 2017). I stated no one told me it was 12 months. He said every Realtor knows lead generation is for 12 months and that leads are generated over time. He said if you are refusing to pay, my leads will be suspended and I will be billed monthly and they will pursue collection.

As a new real estate agent, this is very disappointing to be treated this way. I am NOT refusing to pay, right now I do not have the money to pay. Although I am receiving leads every, all of the leads are useless. Most of leads already have a real estate agent, not serious about buying, or never return phone call or respond to email. I paid Realtor.com $1699.86 to talk to 2 customers over 6 months. Ridiiculous! Now they are threatening to add a collection to my credit unless I continue to pay for leads that are going nowhere.

If you are new to real estate, Do NOT call Realtor.com or sign-up for information on http://marketing.realtor.com. You will be stuck paying for leads that lead to nowhere.

  • Dec 31, 2016

Realtor.com has oversold zipcodes and cannot deliver the leads that you pay for. Customer Service is impossible to deal with.

I am paying for 80-96 leads over the course of 12 months. I am 7 months in and I have received 24 leads. Leads that are sent out to multiple agents, not just me and one other agent like promised. Michael, the cutomer service agent I spoke with, said they will refund me for the leads I have not received, but will not allow me to switch to a zipcode that has not been oversold. I told him I had no interest in continuing to pay for a zipcode that does not have the amount of leads available that I am paying for. He said I could call again before my contract ends to go through the leads and receive a refund. But if I do not call before the end date, I will lose the money. He refused to let me speak with a manager. He told me I could start a new contract with a new zipcode, but then I would forfeit the money I have already spent and Not received leads for, which makes no sense! There is also the issue of fake leads. We receive leads with fake email and phone numbers that are suppoedly verified.

Another agent in my office has been overcharged, told her card would be refunded and the amount charged would be corrected. A refund was never issued and they are still overcharging.

Customer Service agents will tell you that they are following guidelines and there is nothing they can do, and then they refuse to let you speak with a manager about it. I am not sure how or if this is legal, but it is something my office will be looking into. Definitely a buyer beware situation. I do not recommend realtor.com to any agent! This whole website is a SCAM. They are selling you nothing.

Save your money Realtor.com Ripoff

I always thought Realtor was a step above Zillow and had realtor's interest in mind. Well I was wrong. Paying $500 a month for a price point of $350k average on a shared plan. This is the hottest zip code in our area. Leads coming in at $120k when any do. Half are bad leads, 3 from other realtors, 4 are duplicates and they want to justify that I am getting leads. Was told by there represent "we could sell you 40 leads that are all trash" and you still are required to pay. We can't promise the quality of leads. I was told that if I failed to get the leads promised, I would get a refund. Now told that no we do not refund. Well if you do not have a zip code I am interested in and you are not producing leads, why would I want to sign up. Save you money and do PPC on your own website. I was told today I would get call back from senior representative, never did. Contacting legal advice but from what I see above nothing you can do. Oh and top it off, the rep said I could possible switch zip codes but oh, you were just charged after I spent 3 weeks trying to get this resolved and they failed to contact me. So I would have to pay for the bad zip codes and the new one. I would not do until confirmed cancellation. But, obnoxious sales person said you have to do NOW as won't be there. Yea, fool me once is all I need.

Realtor.com offers to provide a "shared lead" to you and just one other agent in your locale.

These leads are quickly dilluted and distributed to multiple agents that barrage the lead with calls diminishing their value.

They have you sign a full year contract that was written by sharp Attorneys so it traps you into the monthly payments with no way out! They agreed to modify my service to an exclusive lead but never did. They just kept billing my card. Even changing the card did not help. I finally disputed the ongoing charges and their Legal department fought me with sharp legal teeth and references from their iron clad contract.

Don't do it. You are better off doing Open Houses, calling past clients or door knocking for business.

DON'T sign up to REALTOR.COM's lead generation service. They will take your money and you won't get the leads you are paying for. I paid REALTOR.COM $1710 for 27 leads.

I signed up to receive leads in August 2015. Nathan Lacroix, who sold me the product, said I would receive between 4 and 10 leads a month for the zipcode I requested. He also said they would be 'quality leads'. It cost $142 a month.

By the end of February 2016 - 6 months, 18 days after I signed up, I had received 19 leads. Only 13 were from the zipcode I signed up for. The other six were from other zipcodes several miles from the one I chose. I was never told, I'd receive leads from other areas.

The leads were not 'quality leads' either. They were no better than Zillow/Trulia leads. Someone asking if a property that is listed for sale, is for rent, is not a quality lead! So I tried phoning the customer 'care' number but after several attempts and only been kept in a queue, I emailed them.

I received the automated reply. It said the usual blurb, "your important etc and we will be in touch within 24hrs. No one got in touch. So after a few more attempts, I spoke to a person in March. She was polite and said someone would be in touch. Once again, no one contacted me. So in April I rang again and spoke to Michael.

He was polite but would only offer me an extension of my contract for a couple of months until I received the number of leads I should have had. I declined and asked to speak to a manager as I wanted the contract cancelled and some money back since they were not meeting their side of the agreement.

The supervisor I spoke with, Christian, said my contract was for a minimum of 40 leads in the year. The company policy appears to be say anything to get you to sign up then screw you. The customer service is abysmal. They have no interest in rectifying your complaint as they know they will get your cash. They will not refund you 1 cent!

All the REALTOR.COM complaints I have found on the internet are from people complaining about the lack of leads they receive. My contract expires next month. They rang me a couple of weeks ago, asking if I wanted to renew.

I told the person that their service is a ripoff, the customer service is abysmal and cancel my account. The person responded with "oh, we can extend your contract for a month so I can catch up with the leads". I said no, your the worst company I have ever dealt with and want nothing more to do with you. He replied he'd pass my reply up to someone.

I rang REALTOR.COM the other day to check my account was cancelled. They said it is and asked why I was cancelling. I told him that as far as I'm concerned, your company is a scam, your customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. He looked on the system and acknowledged I had only received 27 leads. He once again offered to extend my account for one month for free.

I replied no, there is no point as I don't receive leads. I said I want my money back or at least an amount to compensate for the lack of leads. He replied, 'We don't give money back.' I'm now going to write to the corporate office in California. I don't expect REALTOR.COM to offer me any compensation but they will know what I think about their service.

If you're a realtor trying to get leads, DO NOT sign up with REALTOR.COM. You will regret it!!

Do not trust these people.

Like everyone else said these people at Realtor.com cannot be trusted. After 6 months and close to $4,000 and countless hours I realized what a fool I was to sign up with these thieves. An expensive lesson indeed. I am positive they have employees pretending to be interested buyers / sellers contacting agents to fool them into believing that Realtor.com has real leads when in reality the whole thing is a fraud.

When I initially signed up I did not know the contract was for a year. They allowed me to pick a zip code that was all PO Boxes, and when I called to see if I could get this zip code switched I was sent to a voicemail, never to get a call back. I am now getting emails saying 2 of my zip codes are expiring even though I have only been a member for 3 months. This is a very expensive site that gives you about 4 useless leads a week. Every Realtor under the sun is getting the same leads. I have called a lead back in minutes of receipt to be told they already got a call from someone else and are working w them. Most of the leads are from people not willing to spend more than 60,000 on a house. I asked to switch these to higher income zip codes but was told no. I am very disappointed.
